KP Law keep harrassing me and sending me…

KP Law keep harrassing me and sending me emails into making a claim against Mercedes emissions and I no longer wish to persue. I keep telling them over and over again that I am not interested anymore as I have other things going on in my life but they persist and will not take NO for an answer.
They are now threatening me the cancellation costs of the court and defendant (Mercedes) if I do not let them peruse my claim. I made a simply enquiry on their website over 18 months ago and have regretted it ever since. They are school yard bullies who do not like it if they don't get their own way. Shocking practice for an apparent reputable law firm.

I can highly recommend KP Law

I can highly recommend KP Law, professional and caring.
I always had the feeling that I was valued as a client.
Prompt communication keeping me up to date and very thorough.
I was lucky enough to have Abida assigned to my case and having spoken to her I just knew this was the firm that would really try their very best my behalf.

I’ve submitted my Mercedes Diesel…

I’ve submitted my Mercedes Diesel Emissions claim over 2 year ago. The last update I have had was over 6 months ago. Just called to be told 1 of my 2 cars was not accepted even though I provided all the correct documentation. Rep said they would escalate the issue and someone should be in touch within a week. So not happy with this firm, last time I threatened to take my case away from them and they basically told me where to go!!! Not good

Compensation Claim Won

After 18 months KP Law finally won me partial compensation for my loss, which I was happy with. I was represented by Abida who was friendly, very understanding of my issue and state of mind. She diligently contested my case with the Financial Ombudsmen and the outcome for me was satisfactory. I will be forever grateful to Abida.

Financial fraud case resolved smoothly by KP LAW

My APP fraud case was being handled by KP Law, specially Abida Islam being the point of contact for me.

I am glad to report my experience with Abida as she was brilliant in every sense, she provided me with a lot of information about my case on regular basis, she was prompt in replying to my queries and made me feel involved in my case.

Awesome job KP LAW

I found KP law on Facebook one day and decided to get in touch with them and got a lot of help , I've been with them for just over a year now and all the way through I've been kept up to date and they have answered any questions that I've had to ask and given good advice , the team that dealt with my claim was awesome and prompt to get back to me and so glad that my claim was brought to a good outcome and payment was prompt , I appreciate what KP LAW have done for me and would be more than happy to engage them again if needed in future 😊 KP LAW you rock , keep up the awesome work , I would just like to thank the team on my case for their awesome hard work especially Jade Duffield

I have submitted the information on two Mercedes cars onto a portal several times and I get emails telling me they cannot pursue the claims as there is information still outstanding.
Just not getting anywhere.
Despite stating they have tried to reach out to me my emails to them have not received a helpful response.

No communication or help when trying to resolve my late fathers estate

Unfortunately my father passed away recently while still being owed money from a diesel omissions claim that was confirmed in writing early 2022. But no payment has since been made by Keller Postman.

I have called asking for an update four times since 2 December - but every time I just get told that the legal team will be in touch and there's nothing the customer service team can do to help. I asked on the last two occasions (including today) to be transferred to a manager or a person who can escalate and they said it's not possible. How is this so?

I think the way I'm being treated with no communication, outreach or proactivity to get the matter resolved it's beyond poor. I'm dealing with enough right now without having to chase companies who should be more mindful of the circumstances I face while trying to sort my father's estate. It's totally insensitive.

I would not recommend this company based on this level of service or treatment.

In the thick of things with my claim

Alessio Ianiello, certainly seems to know his onions, and I hope they bring tears to the eyes of the company we are trying to claim back finances from. The initial claim seems expertly put together and we are just waiting back to hear their retort, which currently seems delayed so hopefully that is also in my favour. When you have nothing, you have nothing to lose and without these guys helping me I certainly would have nothing, so any reward will be most welcome.

Legitimate "no win no fee" solicitors…

Legitimate "no win no fee" solicitors who proactively reached out to me regarding a pensions mis-selling scenario and did all the legwork and claim submission process.

Let's see if I'll ultimately get anything but whatever they manage to get will be a bonus so they deserve their cut.

You were fantastic fair and transparent in fighting my case, saving my belief in people and establishing justice for which I will always be grateful I was robbed by professional scammers and was down over the whole situation , Abida I had belief in and true to her word was successful in getting some of my money back to me , thank you Abida and Keller postman , I cannot thank you enough or praise .

Without this company I would have lost…

Without this company I would have lost all my money, they gave me such good advice and were so patient and not forgetting their professionalism & competency. This matter was so long & drawn out. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone, I really can’t fault them

I withdrew my application within 14…

I withdrew my application within 14 days for a claim back in February.

I have since been contacted nearly two weeks ago advising that they have received my withdrawal and that if I proceed with my withdrawal that I will potentially be charged.

I contacted their email address within a day of getting this email and called asking for clarification as it caused me considerable anxiety. I was originally informed over the phone that Thursday they would be in touch within 48hours to confirm I was not liable to pay or to give me more information so I might look to continue the claim if i was liable to pay.

Fast forward to today and still no clarity on the matter. Originally this would have been a very positive review as I felt they responded to my original withdrawal email from February in a timely and proactive manner. Now to be left with just concern that I am going to be charged despite not using their services 9 months later.

I hope they reach out to clarify so I can adjust this review.
