Scammers!

Scammers!! Be careful of this company!
I booked with my friend an activity in Kyoto that includes a Kimono rental.
When we went to the address mentioned for the activity, there was no Kimono shop at all. We asked several people and everyone says there is no Kimono rental in this area.
We were scammed and the customer service didn't accept to refund su and they didn't give any explanation.

If I could give a zero star rating I would definitely do! I had such a bad experience and I cannot recommend this tour especially the guide. Such a weird and creepy person tried to hit on me all the time. He didn’t want to call my name the right way, while having lunch he asked me to sit down on his legs and before bringing me back to the hostel he asked me to join him in his hotel. This man should definitely not work with tourists!

Further I was really disappointed about the whole tour because I booked a sunset tour according to the booking itinerary. The only reason I have booked this tour was to watch the sunset but we left around 3 pm back to Chiang Mai so you can imagine that we missed it.

This is my very first time I write a bad review but I’m thinking that tourists have to know what they can expect. I never feared coming back home again like this time. That is why I get of the car with the other travelers at their hostel and walked all the way back because I didn’t want to be alone together with this weird guide. In hope that he’ll never guide a (girls) group again, this review might helps other travelers to sensitize to take care by going on a trip by their own.

KKday is unprofessional and unreliable

The website was showing the slot we wanted was available and it allowed us to book. Few days later KKday came back informing us that that date is unavailable and suggested another date but went ahead to charge my credit card anyway when in fact there isn’t any availability. The published information was inaccurate, and we weren’t planning to stay at that place for a week we couldn’t have reschedule our entire travel plan to accommodate kkday’s calendar. On top of the inconvenience that they have cause due to their incompetency and inability to update their information accurately , I was using an overseas credit card, the refund came a week or so later and I have lost SGD120 due to the fx lost. KKday is being irresponsible and unprofessional and my lost was due to nothing but KKday’s lack of ability to run an organisation in an acceptable standard.

Took money but book nothing

Booked private tour to the zoo on 8th Nov 22, no driver came to pick us, we have to call kkday to find out they didn't book anything, yes they took my money and did nothing.

Universal Studios Japan

I have bought fast pass to universal Japan. They gave me separate hours for a couple!!
They didn't mention it before. I didn't even know there are hours for the fast pass. I also had to book 3 tickets since I couldn't book the same pass for 2 in the same order!!

Pocket WiFi unlimited data

Rented a pocket WiFi with unlimited data. Nothing in the product details specified the connection speed is supposedly around 15 Mbps. Quite low for the price.
Mine was 6 Mbps on average.

Scam - stay away!

I booked the tickets for Gardens By the Bay for visit of 2nd November. They sent me the tickets that will be expired on 27 October. When I asked them to reissue the ticket, they only sent me auto-generated email and no follow-up afterwards.

Absolute scam. Stay away

eSim card for China

I bought an eSim card for China that advertises phone calls text and data. Immediately after installing I couldn't make phone calls. Called support and they told me that on the specifications it states that doesn't provide phone calls!!!! I asked for a refund and they denied! SCAM SCAM stay away

Less than 0 is a correct rating for this fraudulent established mess! They are scammers the positive stars are not real the red one stars are all real! They just tried to do fraud… they are scammers.if you are saving money pay it all up front to a reputable company saving 10 15 or even 100s isn’t worth it if you never get any of what u pay for!

Kkday sells tickets that expires in 15 mins' time

Bought 3 tickets to SEA Aquarium @ Sentosa and wanted to use immediately. To my horror, the attraction staff told me they were closing in 15 mins' time. My bad for not doing thorough research. The staff told me KKday should not be selling tickets that are turning invalid in 15 mins' time. Very inethical.

I contacted KKday to amend the date to the next day. They rejected and said I arrived at the attraction late (what the?) and there is strictly no refund or date amendments.

Fortunately, the SEA Aquarium staff helped me of goodwill.

5 stars to SEQ Aquarium abd 0 star to KKDAY.

I will never use KKday ever again. Pissed with them.

Yesterday brought sentosa segway ticket waited next day still under processing , the services is poor and cannot contact customer service . I waited so long for confirmation or cancellation ,at last they did contact me back and refund me the amount. Appreciate

KKday is NOT authorized to sell our attraction

KKday is claiming they are selling tickets for Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in North Vancouver, Canada.

This is incorrect. We have NO business relationship whatsoever and do NOT accept their tickets. Be warned.

Horrible booking experience

I have had such a horrible booking experience with KKDAY. I made a wrong booking and asked for a cancellation/refund however they shift the responsibility and say it is out of their hands and they will check with their supplier to decide if cancellation can be made. The next day, they then threatened me and told me the only way to cancel is to book through them again before they allow for cancellation which was fine with me because I was the one who made the mistake in the first place.

BUT upon rebooking through their app, not only was I being charged me at a much much higher price as compared to other 3rd party apps for the same date/same timing, but many package benefits were omitted as well compared to booking with other 3rd party apps like klook.

Very disappointing especially since I have had high expectations for KKDAY and its services.

Untrusted vendor and Worst customer support ever

Worst customer support ever. I was cheated by one of their vendors and their only answer was: "It is your fault, you should have called us, now the problem is between you and them". Unbelievable! I would never recommend this company at all!
1- They work with untrusted vendors
2- They do not provide customer support but customer punishment when facing troubles. I have all the conversations with them, just unbelievable...

Please, stay away, find other route!

This is the worst travel company ever.

This is the worst travel company ever.

We booked a cruise through this company. After booking we realize the four of us are out in one room instead of two separate rooms. When contacting the company, we never get a proper answer. They dodge our questions, blame it back to the cruise company and just give mediocre responses. Three weeks later, we are still trying to figure out who can actually help us.

If you want to feel stress out before your trip and over pay, definitely choose kkday!

Such a stressful booking experience

I was giving wrong venue info of the Hotel package and it caused me have to re-arrange our plan. I have spent a entire week to communicate back and forth with kkday yet I had to reach out to the hotel to sort the arrangement myself. It’s such a frustrating experience to deal with kkday customer service as the instruction seems always executed half way or with error, and according to customer service officer the manager is either in meeting or never available to talk to the customer.

I have also shared the package with friends and I am arranging the plan for us all. I already lost a week and the staycation is upcoming which is building unnecessary pressure before the holiday even happen...

Tomorrow is the 7th day and there are only couple days left before our visit, and I have my fingers crossed that one of the manager will call back, and we can have things sorted before the journey.

Such a stressful booking communication..
