I booked a Busselton Jetty tour via Kkay in August and on the day the tour provider mentioned a 40% doscount for all clients due to low visibility on the observatory tour.

I approached the office like others on the day and got told that only the trade manager can process my refund due to booking via Kkday, which I followed up with Kkday but the customer service failed to provide reasonable explanation about how they can't deliver the 40% discount.

At the end they only can provided 20% discount but again simply want me to accpet the offer without answering my questions directly. "How can other clients get 40% discount and my case 20% while there is only 2 dollars price differ from Busselton Jetty and Kkday?"

When I disagreed and will seeking for legal support to clarify the case. The Kkday customer service respond was passive aggressive to said they "respect" my right to "escalate" the case.

I didn't "escalate" the case, the poor customer service from Kkday did.

TO THE GUY IN CHARGE OF KDAYS, YOU SUCK!!!! Wow, when are U going to get it right???? You guys took out the gambling tables outta the casino which guaranteed lost Kdays hundreds of millions, and YOU SHUD 120% DEFINITELY CHANGE IT BACK TO KLONDIKE DAYS, THAT WAS THE STUPIDEST MOVE WHOEVER CHANGED IT, I HOPE THAT GUY GOT FIRED A LONG TIME AGO, THAT LOST ALL THE OLDER CROWD WHO USED TO DRESS UP FOR IT, & THE LAST TIME IT WAS EVER GOOD, WAS WHEN IT WAS KLONDIKE DAYS, THEIR WUD ALWAYS BE 3 NEW RIDES EVERY YEAR BESIDES THE FAVOURITES LIKE ZIPPER , Giant wheel , and the Gravity one , and WHY ISNT CONKLIN COMING HERE, U GUYS REALLY SCREWED UP BY CHANGING TO AMERICAN AMUSEMENTS CRAP, THEY SUK, THEIR GAMES ARE SO CHEATING IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN NOW, UR RUINING , DESTROYING KDAYS BY THAT , AND TOP IT OFF WITH A CHERRY, BRINGING BANDS THAT ARE SEPARATED or has bands SUCKS!!!!! SCAM! MISLEADING! FALSE ADVERTISING!

I purchased their Buy 1 take 1 Fun in Kansai offer. However after payment i only got 1 voucher. I called their CS and was told that the promo is no longer available and it was just an error. I have my email confirmation that i purchased a buy 1 take 1 voucher but they are not willing to honor it.

Untrustworthy and irresponsible
I had a terrible experience with the airport pick-up service I booked through KKday for my trip to Beijing. I requested a pick-up time of 10:40 pm, but my flight landed at 10:20 pm and the driver was not present at the arrival gate. When I called the agency at 10:50 pm, they claimed that the driver had already left at 10:30 pm because they believed the "actual" landing time was 9:30 pm. This is completely unreasonable as passengers cannot arrive at the gate within minutes of the plane's landing.

The hotline operator also lied to me about arranging for the driver to come back to pick me up in 20 minutes, but no one ever arrived. When I messaged the hotline again at 11:20 pm, I was told that no arrangement had been made and my case was closed. As a solo female traveler without access to public Wi-Fi or a local phone number, I was left feeling stranded and helpless.

This was a completely inhumane experience, and I cannot recommend this airport pick-up service to anyone. Days later, Kkday replied that there is nothing they can do, no further follow up from them.

I purchased airport transfer from kkday. It was a friend who recommended this app to me.
I followed the instruction, that I should contact the supplier mobile number by sending them messages, should I not hear from them 48hours after my purchased.
I sent them messages, read but no response, even a day before I travel.
Requested kkday to cancel my purchase. I was given lots of unnecessary stress, queries by kkday.
Untill now, 14 working days passed, still haven't received.y refund. Contacted kkday many times, also no feedback.

Don't bother to use this app. There are more apps or websites providing same services.

Highly unprofessional - I regret not taking the negative reviews seriously. Everything was fine until our last stop. The driver/tour guide did not respond to our repetitive text requests for pick-up for more than 30 minutes. We were left waiting under the brutal sun. After the pickup, we ran into the rush hour due to this delay. The driver/tour guide kicked us off his car when the time is up for our 8-hour service. We did not get the drop off at the agreed ending destination. If you are from out of town/country, think twice before you hire this service. You will have to pay for the entire service upfront without any protection for your trip!! If you get assigned to this guy "鄭煥睿", request a reassignment immediately!!

We booked + pre-paid a private speed boat tour in El Nido with KKday. They stated in the booking that the tour was 100% refundable up to 2 days before the tour date.

We contacted the 5, 4 and 3 days before to tour asking them to cancel the tour and refund the $370 USD back to our credit card. They ignored all of our requests...and we never heard from them.

Avoid this shady operator at all cost.

Kkday possibly a scam or really bad business. There's a projected storm on our planned day trip and they refuse to reschedule. I was not even asking for a reimbursement, just a reschedule. This company doesn't care about it's buyers, just the money they get.

Purchased tickets because Kkday advertises 'instant confirmation'. Got email confirmation right away just to get an email 2 hours later that it is sold out, and will be refunded. I don't care about refunds. I care about instant confirmation. Kkday, stop advertising what you can't promise.

1. I tried to purchase an USJ express pass and the system didn't allow me to purchase 2 at the same time but rather 1 at a time. So I did it and it ended up giving me two different time slots.
2. The system shows the currency in AUD but it charged SGP in the end and costing me higher exchange rate and credit card exchange rate surcharge.
Now I regret not to purchase the tickets on Klook instead.

Totally bad experience!! Bought the JR Pass on 1st March 2023. However several times of delivery attempted failed but no phone call received particularly on receiving the delivery. After 2 weeks realized it still haven't arrived. Contacted support team but slow in reply. Only can call through kkday app which my friend helps me. Defer me to the a tracking website after that to courier services contact support since the product have been delivered (I need to call it myself) and it will take 2-3days for investigation. My trip will be in a week time. I'm not sure will they refund or how beause I'm too dissatisfied with their service! Please don't buy from them.

We had the best tour guide and driver name Tapaz. Best trip ever!

Very BAD agent, booked activity 2 weeks ahead but realized wrong dates immediately message to cancel but got rejected unless 100% cancellation fee.
DO NOT USE This agent.

Worst customer service ever. The agent was very rude and did not provide any solution to the issue. The agent had a bad attitude and was yelling at me.

Dont use these guys, chaged foreign transactions fees even though I paid in my own currency.

We’ve used KK day for a trip in Philippines. It’s a bit pricey but it was incredible! Could be more transparent with additional things you have to pay for during the trip and improve on options for veggie customers

Worst travel agent ever! I had purchased Taiwan Rail tickets through KKday. Taiwan Rail refunded one of the tickets to KKday due to an expired visa, but KKday refused to send the money back to me. Only after I complained to my credit card company did KKday return the money to me, and they pretended to do so happily, in the name of good customer service.

Very misleading. Purchased Universal Studios Japan Express pass, particularly due to the inclusion of one ride, downloaded the vouchers and it states clearly that the ride that we want to go on is closed on the date we travel. We would never have bought the pass had we known. Emailed KKDAY on the same day I bought the tickets and they said they can't do anything about it.
Misleading advertising to say a ride is included when you know that its not.

Unable to reach customer support, we have our booking for tomorrow and till now there is no response from their side. We have emailed them in the morning but no response. We need the pickup details but are not able to locate our order on the app. Only emails are coming through.

was not able to even obtain a refund on a ticket that was stated as fully refundable. what a scam, stay away.
