Good products, customer service to be a little more polished
Unfortunately the product was poorly packaged. And it took several days to get a response from my emailed enquiry about exchanging products.

Really great company
Really great company - what a find! I ordered some metal pull-out cage drawers for my kitchen, and some door fitted spice racks. Excellent price compared to others, swift delivery and really excellent quality. Delighted!

Excellent service
I had a very positive experience from start to finish and received excellent service. Having found exactly what I was looking on the website, I placed an order and it was dispatched the same day. I was kept fully updated with emails from Kitchen Fittings Direct and DPD, their selected courier, regarding delivery details.
The package was delivered within the specified time frame. Very pleased with the quality of the wooden knobs purchased.

Drainer bend
Sink was delivered in large box with no support for drainer hence when we installed, there was a kink in middle. Due to time pressure we fitted and tightened down as best we could. Still a 1mm gap in middle.
