Sent daughter a flu care pack when she got ill at uni and she absolutely loved it. Allowed me to still “look after” daughter remotely and in her words “it’s brill mum, it has everything I need this week”.

Delivery on time, excellent customer service, would highly recommend!

When something didn't go quite right they spotted it and raised it with me straight away to see what I wanted to do about it. Sometimes things go wrong, it is part of developing. That is ok. But it is how it is handled that sets apart the standard service form the exemplary. This company is exemplary!

Delivered next day! Boyfriend loved everything in the package and used it all within a week. I highly recommend their packages. Super cute and functional.

Tl:;dr I ordered a hamper and realized I made many mistakes in the order after confirmation. Customer service fixed it for me but warned me it would be delivered later than I thought (company policy). I ended up cancelling and customer service stayed courteous all through out :)

I ordered my boyfriend the cold and man-flu essentials parcel but realized I made a few mistakes after confirming the order. I emailed customer service with questions and requests to amend the issues. The response was not only very quick, but very courteous. Nadine resolved all my issues however she informed me that, as policy, my package would be delivered after the weekend (too late to help with my boyfriend's cold). I asked Nadine to then cancel it and, even after all the my requests, she did so politely! I highly recommend this service as their customer service is quick, polite, and truly care about their customers!

An absolutely amazing experience!

Sent a care package from Australia to London for a sick friend, the level of personalised customer service from Nadine was excellent. Clearly articulated options, expectations and followed through all the way until delivery.

Most importantly - looked exactly like the picture, of not better, and the wax sealed envelope was a lovely touch.

Have used numerous other services in the past, none which have had the same dedicated care or completion rate. Happy to recommend for anyone, great job team!

Nadine at Kiss My Parcel is one of a kind. Thoughtful, sensitive, understanding and completely focused on her customer's needs. I recently ordered a parcel for my Granddaughter which was received with excitement and happiness. The packaging was excellent as were the contents, all of a very high quality. My order was time sensitive and it arrived in 2 days! Customer service is second to none. I will go straight to Nadine at Kiss my parcel whenever I need the perfect gift and top class customer service.

That was actually an issue with my order in that they couldn’t deliver the product on the day that was given when originally buying. However they contacted me immediately and asked what I wanted to do rather than assuming and sending it out anyway. When I said that the new delivery date of a couple of days later my purchase was refunded immediately. Good professional service.

In terms of products idea and quality it was a huge relief and timesaver to have the packages premade; fantastic selection of products.
In terms of customer service they couldn't have been more thorough or helpful, would highly recommend and will be using them again in the near future.

Kiss my parcel were super fast at responding to my request and were able to help me bespoke a parcel in the space of a few hours which was amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kiss My Parcel. I had a pretty unique circumstance, and Nadine took it and ran with it to create a customized, thoughtful, beautiful and budget-compliant care package for my friend. She was very responsive (despite a major time zone difference), and she took all of my preferences and concerns into account.

The end result was a beautiful gift for a dear friend that I never could have provided myself.

This company is such a gift, and it was clear from every aspect of my experience that its excellence comes from a genuine passion for the service they provide and an amazing compassion for their customers and recipients. The only shame is that I only know one person in London, otherwise I'd be sending more care packages!

I brought 2 of these new baby packages and absoloutley loved them both, nadine was easy to contact and replied to me very quickly, packages came in a lovely pavkage and also very quickly. I would highly recommend and have even ordered 3 more!!
