A very helpful service and friendly customer service! My boyfriend recently moved to university and fell ill, so I am really glad this service exists. I had gotten the address wrong as we were both unsure of the university address, and customer service rang me up and eventually we sorted it together! I am really glad she was willing to help me and was super friendly. No extra fee to print out the label too! I highly recommend this service, your loved one will really appreciate the surprise package.

My boyfriend lives in London and he was sick, Kiss my parcel was the only care package service I found that would deliver Lemsips and other medicines to help make him feel better. It arrived in less than 24 hours which was very impressive and he felt better after using the cold and flu package for 3 days. I would highly recommend this service.

KissMyParcel gave me BY FAR the greatest customer service experience of my life. It was absolutely mind-blowing. I wanted a care package for my niece who was just starting university, but I don't live in the UK so I was trying to find a service to do it for me, and I had a few bad experiences with communication issues. But then I found KissMyParcel, and from the beginning, not only was the communication very fast, but even though my needs were unorthodox, they met every single one with amazing enthusiasm, and gave their absolute all to overcoming any issues or concerns. I ended up ordering goods from Ocado to KissMyParcel's address, and even when I had a miscommunication with the delivery guy and he left their building, they had somebody go out into the city to meet him and collect the products I'd ordered, and they themselves were in communication with Ocado all day trying to coordinate it. The package itself was beautifully put together and the items I bought directly from KissMyParcel were great quality. All in all, it was by far the best experience I've ever had dealing with a company, and unfortunately it's not a service I need very frequently, but whenever I do, there's absolutely no question I'll be back.
