3D printing Service
I have used this service multiple times now for terrain printing in both FDM and Resin.
The service is excellent. Fantastic communication and advice throughout to ensure I've got exactly what I needed. Cannot recommend enough.

Competitive prices and friendly staff
As someone who was new to the hobbie the staff were more than happy to answer my questions and recommend games and sets to get started with aswell as ordering in stock specifically to fit my needs. On top of this there is an active community for most games sold at the shop making it a wonderful place not only to buy well priced products (cheaper than GW and usually at least matching amazon with 40k)but also to use these products.

Items wrongly showing in stock
I purchased from you paying more than other sites due to the fact you were showing stock of the item. I then get an e-mail saying you are waiting for stock, I could have purchased cheaper from elsewhere and been in the same situation of having to wait for the items to come in to stock.

Hi Leigh, I contacted you via email but to clarify we had this listed as available to order from our supplier. Really sorry that we couldn't get this for you as this item is currently awaiting a reprint and all stores are in the same boat. We have taken on your feedback regarding stock lead times and are in the process of implementing a change that clarifies how long products can take. Unfortunately suppliers don't always let us know when something has fallen out of production.

Poor stock control
Website shows items in stock. Took a week after ordering to let me know that they don't have it in stock (even though the website still shows as being in stock)

Thanks for the review. I’ve been in touch to advise that our website has the item in question as being available to order from Games Workshop. We order twice a week from Games Workshop and upon finding out it was out of stock this week, we contacted you to advise there was a delay. Sadly these issues are out of our hands whilst Games Workshop’s manufacturing delays impact us. I’m sorry that we couldn’t source this item within five days of ordering, but we do have live and current stock levels on our website.

Not received yet and no updates
Ordered a week ago with express delivery (1-3 days) - still yet to receive.
No update has been provided on the estimated due date or any delays in dispatching.
