We had a lovely stay in Deal. The cottage is just a few minutes away from the sea and the shops. Great atmosphere and very homely.

Loved my stay at Black Rhadley.
Great communication from host and easy to check in.
Lovely cabin with amazing views and lots of extra touches. Fantastic walks from the door, wildlife right outside the window.

Beautiful stay at Cabin Du in Llanfyllin. Nestled in the woods, with elegant, peaceful interior design this place is the perfect hideaway. Fully equipped with everything you need for a few nights stay and great local recommendations for places to eat, drink and visit. But you could also stay locked in, looking at the view and dipping in the hot tub and be perfectly happy! Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at Matt & Gaby's beautiful cabin/studio. Every little detail was thought of – from all amenities in the stunning outdoor kitchen to marshmallow sticks for the fire pit, complimentary sleep-masks and coffee, to robes and Aesop products. It's a really peaceful place, and could sit watching the birds and butterflies in the garden for days. It's easy to get to from Bath city centre, it's close to the river for paddle-boarding, lovely cafes and pubs as well as nearby newsagent if you need anything. Would love to return soon and couldn't recommend more highly.

We had a fantastic stay in the cabin in the woods. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed and loved the welcome pack and candle! We’d love to stay again.

The location was perfect. The accommodation itself was so thoughtfully designed with every detail taken care of. Comfortable, cosy and practical. It was the perfect escape.

I was looking for somewhere secluded to take my wife walking in the beautiful Welsh countryside.
Well, this place is absolutely idyllic.
It is sat above a small estate in a dark sky area, so you go to bed looking at a glorious starry sky and wake up to a wonderful sea view.
We were given a lovely greeting when we arrived and told of the amenities, which include a swimming pool down on the estate.
I’d also like to say that the information guide sent by the owners upon booking was invaluable.

It was brilliant but mostly outdoors, walks and some great food places we found ourselves not too far. The place itself was lovely - but a bit dated - and some things didn't work (pizza oven was a disaster for us- too little semolina- we asked for help and was politely answered - but was too late as we moved to alternative dinner). We've been in nicer tree houses - for that price - also an issue with no water suddenly from all taps - this time was offered a solution immediately to open all taps and leave running. It sorted it out only to happen again later that evening. Surely that happened before and while not a big thing we're told "strange...# - but area 10/10 and the apple cider 🍺 factory was sweet too.

Another point that occurred to me: we were charged £30 extra for bringing our dog. Nothing was provided for him - I mean not even a kit - we don't really need it but other places make an effort and provide even a small thing. we were only told hat not to do with him which we adhered to (not in bed or furniture).

Lovely escape and base from which to explore the coastline and towns in Devon. Extremely comfortable bed, charming living room, close proximity to local shop/deli and pub - everything you need!

Amazingly beautiful setting and wonderfully appointed cabin - all as described with very clear instructions.

Trish was a communicative host and left us a great list of recommendations for walks, pubs and other things to do.

We had a lovely stay, away from it all. The shepherds hut was well equipped and comfortable. Views amazing and a great location for our walking needs. Loved eating and cooking outdoors. Quiet, secluded and heavenly. The owners were really responsive and helpful. Great directions and everything we needed for a perfect weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Den in the woods. Beautiful, relaxing and cosy just as the pictures. Fully equipped and was easy to keep the kids entertained.The location was perfect, glad we were able to discover this part of Devon, simply stunning and very tranquil. Will definitely visit again.
My only negative about Den in the woods is that the place wasn't hoovered prior to our arrival. The floor in the living area was dirty and the rugs were still covered in dirt and dog fur from previous guests which was not pleasant especially as we had a crawling baby so had to remove all the rugs from each rooms. Would've easily rated 5* if not for this little issue.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished , and the setting is stunning hidden away in the countryside a 5 minute walk from the beach at Eype.

We’ve booked through Kip before and find their properties are high quality , and super comfortable - a bit special .

Lovely stay in a gorgeous setting. Studio had everything we needed for a little escape. Great walks around the extensive grounds, which Bilbo the beagle also loved, and enjoyed dining at the Green Barn and selection of fresh products at the pantry.

High quality accommodation as described, did not disappoint

Tucked among wildflowers and ancient trees, this beautifully crafted retreat offers a haven of calm. Inside, everything is finished to the highest standard—from the sleek kitchen and contemporary bathroom to the soft, inviting lounge.

We didn’t need the sauna or hot tub; the sun hung high in a sky of blue all weekend, and we spent our days on the wraparound decking, listening to the hush of the forest. Sometimes, the quiet was so deep, you could hear a pin drop.

There’s Wi-Fi, but no music—no distractions. Just the rustle of leaves, a good book in hand, and time stretching gently before you.

Though the towns of Forres and Elgin are close by, they feel a world away. Callie Bothy is not just a place to stay—it’s a place to exhale, to reconnect, and to simply be.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this cabin. First of all, it was way too hot inside — there’s no proper cooling, so it felt like an oven most of the time. To make matters worse, there are no curtains in the living room, so there’s zero privacy and the sun just blazes in all day, heating it up even more.

Outside wasn’t much better. The grass and yard looked like they hadn’t been maintained in weeks — overgrown and messy, which really ruined the atmosphere I was hoping for.

Overall, it felt neglected and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues get fixed.
