We have stayed at this beautiful house on many occasions. We have just returned from a lovely Easter break and the weather was very good. We always say when we have arrived that we have come home. It has an enclosed garden ideal for the dog. An amazing hot tub. Beautiful grounds with seating and a decking to sit and view the Atlantic Ocean. It has been very tastefully decorated and is a credit to the owners. It is within close walking distance to the beach and Carbis Bay train station is not too far away where you can park and get the train into St Ives. It also has a games room if the weather isn’t too good to go out. I thoroughly recommend a stay here. We have already booked again.

Stayed in one of So St Ives beautiful properties twice in the last 5 months and have booked again for next year before we left! Smooth check in process, fabulous property that is immaculately clean, and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The team were on hand for any queries, responding promptly and resolving a minor issue that was out of their control. Thank you Alan and team for a lovely stay.

Clear, quick and courteous communication throughout, and the house was lovely, and exactly as described.

I didn't know much about So St. Ives before we started looking at accommodation. Trenoweth Lodge seemed to fit our needs so I booked it. Very easy to navigate through the process, and a nice reminder before the payment was due. So St. Ives seems to have a wonderful portfolio of luxury holiday homes in and around Carbis Bay and St. Ives and Trenoweth was one of the best homes we have stayed in. Clean, spacious and full of little touches that scream quality. It's very clear Alan and Sharon look after these homes as if they were their own.

We stayed at Blue View apartment. A well needed break was topped by amazing bright and sunny weather.

Blue View was perfect for our needs, well appointed. Great views across Porthminster beach whilst having breakfast, or winding down at the end of the day.

Easy access to the town making restaurant, beach visits and galleries super easy.

Oh and covered private parking so protected from passing seagulls !! Fab.

Location quiet, short walk into the main hub, in reach of all of the beaches, cafes and restaurants.

Booking was very easy and Alan and the team were responsive, efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with them. Our stay at Seawater was a joy, well situated, beautifully appointed and equipped, we would stay again.

In September I stayed for a wonderful end of summer holiday in 28 Piazza, with my sister and brother in law. It was ideal for three “oldies” who love St.Ives.
The accommodation was just as described and very welcoming. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.
Such close proximity to Porthmeor Beach was an absolute bonus, plus easy access to the town, harbour, galleries and restaurants. We hope to return.

From the moment we saw Ancarva we literally booked it straight away, due to its location spec and view. We had never booked with So St Ives before, but the communication was the best I've ever experienced in relation to emails and even over the phone when we decided to add an extra nights stay. Nothing was any trouble and I felt valued as a customer. Once we arrived at Ancarva and followed easy instructions we weren't disappointed. The property is immaculate and had everything and more for a really comfortable stay. The location with sea views was mesmerising and I found myself on the window seats most days. And due to bamaluz beach so close I even had daily dips in the sea and walked in and out of St Ives with ease at least once a day. Parking was easy although at this time of year it was fairly quiet. We really didn't want to come home. But we'll definitely be booking again soon. Thanks So St Ives for making our holiday the best.

Meadow Corner is the perfect little cottage. We stayed there for 5 nights and we wish we could have stayed for longer. It is centrally located and beautifully decorated - cosy, stylish, and well-equipped with everything you could need. The log burner in particular was perfect for those cold wintery nights. We absolutely loved it. I booked the cottage for my partner’s birthday and the team kindly put up the decorations I sent ahead of time which made our stay even more special. My partner was so pleased. Thank you so much - we will be coming back.

We had a great few days at the cottage. Everything was perfect from booking, all the way through to check out. Really lovely and timely communications, excellent welcome pack, beautiful cottage. Cannot fault the service - thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at Sandy Feet cottage, located perfectly within St Ives and so close to all its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Great access to the beaches and coastal paths too.

Top notch accomodation - clean, welcoming, surprisingly spacious, beautifully equipped with high-end appliances and a lovely log-burner. We didn't want to leave!

Alan and his team were very freindly and approachable and answered our questions promptly. Booking was super easy.

The only issue we had was parking. We recommend a small car if using the dedicated car parking spot; or consider the public parking spot if there off-season.

100% recommend and would stay again! Thank you for hosting such a wonderful retreat.

What a find. We stay at a cute cottage for 2 in St Ives. What more could we want? Figgy cottage was beautifully decorated, with parking and a garden too, all within walking distance of the town centre. Really appreciated the personalised welcome and treats for our dog.

Would recommend booking with So St Ives if all their cottages are of the same standard.

This was our second stay at Trenoweth Lodge. On our first visit two years ago we were blown away by how good the property is and on our return it was just as good. Spotlessly clean, more than enough space for five adults and a dog. The house is equipped with everything that anyone could need for a self catering holiday. The web site states that the beds have luxury linen and they do, expensive feeling towels in all the shower rooms. Off road parking, there isn't anything that has been thought of plus it now has a hot tub which was very well used!. Easy to book and very nice people to deal with

Great stay at Figgy Cottage in St Ives. It was lovely to have both a garden and parking, and the property was clean, tastefully furnished/decorated and well equipped. Also a short walk into the main streets of this beautiful town.

Had a wonderful stay at Figgy cottage. The owners have quite simply thought of everything - a real home away from home. Fantastic to have a parking space in St.Ives and such a peaceful spot with a lovely comfy bed, whilst being an easy walk into town. Although the weather was pretty awful - it didn't faze our dog or us from enjoying this beautiful part of Cornwall. We hope to return and would use So St Ives again!

We spent 8 nights here for our Honeymoon.

This property did not disappoint.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home,the house was just perfect and was everything we had hoped for and more.

We are no strangers to St Ives and stayed at many different places but this house was up there and would 100% stay again.
