Truly glorious landscape, with happy walks, direct from the shack; perfect for us and our little dog, Pip, and a wonderful comfy space to return to.
We had some wild weather while there, but this just added to the sense of beautiful isolation, with the stove keeping us toasty and the huge starry skies connecting us to far more than this earthly plane.
A pretty special place, so thankyou for sharing it xx

Everything was provided for our comfort. Coffee pods especially fun. And good herbs etc.Although I struggled with my back while sitting down , it was very comfortable. Throws, cushions, bed perfect. Views amazing across the valley and lake. Local advice on walks,park and ride terrific. Found out about it through Yeokens which we collect......

Kite treehouse was a delight, in a beautiful location and perfectly presented on our arrival. The facilities were exactly as needed for this outdoor focussed adventure which we enjoyed enormously, despite the howling winds. Make the effort to get the most of it and the rewards come by the bucket load. A fabulous experience.

The treehouse was amazing and although we have stayed there before we decided to book through you as it was a better price with the three nights for two offer.

It was great. The room was extremely well decorate, and really allowed you to relax with really cozy vibe. The place was amazing and I had an incredible time. The view is quite good and lake is very cute. Only problem is the cleanliness of the place was not always the best otherwise all amazing. Another, detail was sometimes we could smell the horses from neighboring fields.

Beautiful hut in a stunning setting.
This hut was beautifully renovated with everything you need for a stay. The log burner made the hut very toasty and the hot tub was great too. Once at temperature it stayed hot.
Lots of nice places to visit nearby and lovely local walks. The location is in a stunning area. Would 100% recommend.

A perfect getaway. A really wonderfully peaceful spot, the tranquility of the canal just a short walk away.

Beautifully equipped cabin, ideal for a weekend watching nature, reading and enjoying the luxury of the outside bath.

Easy to navigate website with some fabulous properties - we stayed in Norfolk and wouldn't hesitate to use Kip again for stays around the UK

Our stay was absolutely wonderful in beautiful accommodation. We adored it. But I can’t in good conscience give Kip 5 stars. It pains me to even give them 4. And all because their customer service is absolutely appalling. The advertised offer (stay three nights or more and get one of those nights „COMPLETELY“ free) was not honoured and Kip were not at all interested in doing so. We initially thought it was a site glitch causing the problem at the point of booking but no - Kip are quite happy to reel you in with false advertising. Our stay fully qualified for the offer but Kip had zero intention of honouring it. False advertising and apathetic, uninterested, disingenuous customer service. They are not an honest outfit in that sense. Disappointing. I’d have scored them much much worse except that the accommodation itself (which has nothing to do with Kip directly and for which Kip can take no credit) was absolutely wonderful.

Kip soured something very special for us (we’d received a voucher for Kip as a wedding gift). To that end, I’d recommend booking elsewhere tbh. Or check their listings for inspiration and then try to book direct with the owners and avoid this gang.

The most beautiful location to wake up to - stunning views and sheep right outside grazing! Completely silent and peaceful. They provide everything that you need for a short stay in the cabin. We had trouble lighting the fire one night and they were really helpful sending someone round within 15 minutes to help. Only point would be that if you don't have a car it's quite a trek uphill and is definitely closer to a 45 minute walk into Llangollen not 25.

Really relaxing. Very isolated but could get supplies at the farm shop though mildly limited. It’s mostly a butchery. No heating but amazing, powerful hot shower / water and the fire burner did the job very well of heating the place. I completely chilled out. Area is ok but not much going on compared to other parts of Norfolk in term of food and walks - but I recommend sticking to chilling at the hut and bbq ing which is exactly what we did.

Incredible place, really could not find any fault. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Lovely quiet location , very pretty building and well converted in a rustic manner, very clean ,tidy and comfortable with the log burner keeping the building warm over night . Although you had to go next door to use the bathroom this was not a major inconvenience and the bath and very hot water were excellent .

I stayed at Beekeeper's Hut in Hawarden and I had the time of my life.

I booked a solo getaway to celebrate my 29th birthday and I couldn't have picked a better staycation.

Hawarden Estate is so peaceful and I had everything I needed - warm, comfy bed, tons of outdoor space, modern showers/loos, alfresco kitchen (which made my morning coffee awesome), beautiful cafe, pub serving delicious food and drinks (I highly reccomend the vegetable tempura and butternut squash and mushroom lasagne 😍).

I can't wait to come back with my wife and use the sauna, outdoor BBQ, and fire pit (she's a camping guru).
