Found a watch online and arranged to collect and pay for it a couple of days later. Met up with Patrick who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and who put my wife and I completely at ease. The watch was perfect and I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop, and Patrick in particular, to anyone in the market for a pre owned Rolex watch.

Beautiful jewellery, as advertised, sent by special delivery very securely and very quickly. Reasonably priced.

Found Kingshill watches on Imagram, found a watch that I was Interested In buying and messaged the company, the next day after seeing the good reviews I decided to go ahead and purchase, couldn't be happier, exactly as described and with me the following day.

I initially contacted the company via email and Max very promptly sent me additional pictures and video of the watch in question.

When I followed up in a telephone call Max was out of the office and Sam very efficiently took over. I made payment via bank transfer and Sam confirmed receipt of this into their account a short time later.

As was discussed, prepurchase, the watch was posted out the following day to ensure I’d be home to collect it. When it did arrive it was very well packed and lived up to expectations.

I’d have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I purchased an unworn Tudor Black Bay 58 Blue from Kings Hill Jewellery in late April 2021. When I received the watch it was exactly as advertised so I am very pleased with the purchase. I also appreciated the confirmation email from sales associate Max ensuring I was aware of the potential duties I would have to pay to ship to Canada. I was but I appreciated the follow up in advance of fully processing the online purchase.

Normally I would rate Kings Hill 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that my watch took approximately one month to be delivered. I have purchased watches from the UK before (to ship to Canada) and they have only taken a matter of days to arrive, even post Brexit changeover in 2021. However in this case because Kings Hill used UPS as their shipper the delivery took 29 days, 25 of which my watch sat in processing facilities in the UK. Taking an entire month to ship is not what I would consider expedited delivery as UPS states nor is it worth the cost when alternatives such as DHL and Fedex are able to deliver much much faster for a small amount more. (I later found out DHL & Fedex don't rely on the Royal Mail service to process customs clearances but rather have their own staff and facility for that which is why they're able deliver so much faster).

With that said I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another previously owned watch from Kings Hill in the future, I would just request they use a different shipper for my delivery next time.

Max was a great help, he explained the condition of the watch which was a Rolex GMT
II Root Beer. I paid over retail but a fair price to have this beautiful watch in my collection.

On returning home I checked their website and found it available to buy online. Having placed and paid for my order I was delighted to receive it in plain packaging by post 2 days later. My purchase it is everything I had hoped it would be. Payment was quick and simple. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop and their brilliant service.
