Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware, this company trades as premcurve.co.uk and also premcurve.com, my first review ended up on premcurve.com.
This company based in China avoids letting you to return unsuitable goods by offering more & more discount if you keep the goods as it is too expensive to return the items to China.
I have exchanged several emails and finally they tried to bribe me with a full refund if I changed my original review to 4 stars. I rejected this offer as it isn't fair to other customers who fall into the same trap I did.
If you read reviews on premcurve.com then you will see that refunds are non existent.
See below the last email I received from 'Customer Service' after I refused to lie on Trustpilot

'Hi，
We do accept returns, but the shipping cost to send the item back to China is very high.
Therefore, we hope we can reach a mutually agreeable solution regarding the return.
Alternatively, if you delete the negative review, we can process a refund for you.
Please provide a screenshot once you have deleted the negative review.
This is the simplest solution for both of us.

Our team members will be re-trained immediately on our strict customer care and compliance guidelines to ensure this never happens again.

We have already instructed our finance team to issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately. There is no need for you to return the items, nor do you need to change your feedback.

Good quality fabric and comfortable.

The ordering process was straightforward and my swimwear arrived in good time. I needed a costume that was easy to put on when I am hot and sweaty after an exercise class and it fits the bill. I have worn it once and it was very comfortable. My only concern is the metal zip. It doesn't seem such good quality as the rest of the fabric and I'm concerned how long it is going to last. I hope my fears are unfounded.

Reluctant holiday swimmer

I was reluctant to purchase a swimming costume online but the one I have received from PremCurve UK this week is everything I hoped it would be. PremCurve provided a wide choice of styles which I could not find in my local shops. The one I chose fits perfectly and the quality of the material and style is superb. As an older lady, with a curvy body, I am feeling confident now about swimming on holiday. The item arrived very quickly after I placed my order and I am completely delighted. EMH
