I moved in to one of their rooms, 43 carven Avenue W52SY it was dirty and unhygienic, there was stains on the bed and the carpet with damaged bits in their furniture .they also rented out a room to a unstable person ,they put all the tenant in the house at risk and he did indeed try to break into one of the tenants bedrooms. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Professional conduct during the entire period of the tenancy. The landlord was at all times approachable and very spontaneous in replies to maintenance related issues. Alongside professionalism there is a sufficient level of human to human understanding for matters that do not exactly fit the terms of the book. There is a strong sense of cooperation and helpfulness. I would not hesitate to rent again from the same company/landlord.

Kingdom Houses have been great over the last two years.
Friendly and resourceful they always try and get queries sorted ASAP.
The properties are high specification and in great locations.
I've made some fantastic friends through themselves and they are always fair, willing to listen and happy to help.
I can't thank them enough for their kindness and dedication to their tenants, even more at these difficult times!

I rented a room in a Kingdom house share for 10 months, and am really happy I chose to go with them and not another agency! They were really helpful with any messages, or maintenance needs, and always responded really quickly. They were good at keeping everyone updated with any work being done, viewings, deliveries etc., particularly during the first lockdown. The house was in great condition, and well thought out. Would recommend!

Rented from Kingdom Houses for two and a half years and had nothing but a positive experience! They were very helpful in finding appropriate accommodation and the house was well taken care of and kept very clean by the regular cleaner.

I asked if they accept housing benefit and they said yes. however they then said in an email.That the majority of people on benefit don't pay the rent and therefore i would need a guarantor, which is clear discrimination, how do they know i will not pay the rent? they did not ask for a credit rating in anyway? i have a good credit rating but cannot provide a guarantor i have mental disabalities and claim esa i can even pay three months rent. I sadly do not have immediate family who can do that. The law has changed last year due to covid and they cannot advertise No dss in adverts and have to be clear about this in there adverts, and cannot discriminate people on benefits but they can still refuse people on housing benefit. I suspect most of the reviews on here are fake as there are not any bad ones? and

I’m very happy I found Kingdom Houses as the standard of the properties they offer is fantastic and all with quality furniture and with a fixed price for bills it really takes the hassle out of splitting the cost with housemates. On top of the great properties they appear to have a great track for finding really good tenants and I’ve made some great friends through living in their properties.

Kingdom House is an amazing place to stay, there service is outstanding, if there was anything up or needed repairing they were quick on it, with friendly housemates and in a lovely area it made me feel at home, I was very happy to have stayed there, I'm moving in with my girlfriend now, otherwise I would have stayed. Thank you Kingdom House. If anyone is looking to stay here then J highly recommend it, having stayed in a few places in London.

I have rented my property to Kingdom houses for several years and have always found them trustworthy, professional, responsive and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

Rented a room with Kingdom Houses in 2020. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. We moved in just a few days before the lockdown, so they were very helpful speeding things up to make sure we could move in as soon as possible. I was looking to move quickly and sign contract with a trustworthy and respectful landlord. After having a terrible landlord at Uni and hearing some awful stories about the treatment of tenants, not having their rights respected, I was seeking the exact opposite and I found it with Kingdom Houses.

A friend recommended them, I've now moved in and I couldn't be happier and more impressed with every staff member I've death with and the founder, himself.

They set up the company to serve tenants properly and set a truly professional precedence.... They got what they came for and here to stay putting smiles on tenants faces all over the place!

I spoke with Dawid the founder of company, a Zoom viewing was set up on three different properties and the next day I agreed to take the room after an in-person viewing.

They have been so friendly, pro and accommodating, especially for someone needing to move during Covid when times are stressful for all people and businesses.

I now wouldn't rent with anyone else. You're in extremely fair and genuine hands which is refreshing.
They not only stand out because of the quality of properties they look after and how they maintain them but because of how they deal so nicely with their tenants.

I was moving to London from abroad to start a new job and choosing to rent with Kingdom was an excellent decision. They made getting a room while not in London so straightforward and took care of so many details that I was able to get on with my new life and job very smoothly. Issues were always fixed promptly and I would highly recommend to all young professionals looking for an easy foothold in the London rental market

I had such a great experience renting a room with Kingdom Houses! Everything was very quick in regards to securing the room and moving in to the room. You pay bills which include everything including Netflix, a cleaner and things like toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid, which is super helpful! They have a portal where you can see/pay your rent payments and also raise an issue i.e. if there is a problem with the house. Any issue is normally dealt with very quickly as well.

I had a great stay in one of the Kingdom Houses rooms and only moved out due to moving closer to work. Thanks Safia, Dawid and co for all your help.

Kingdom Houses provide 5* service for their tenants... seriously!!! In London, it is so easy to be caught out by nightmare landlords or agencies, but Kingdom really make it so easy. From moving in, they make sure you are completely happy (eg if the room is too light for you they will get black out blinds sorted for you by the next day). Their service is so quick, so whenever you have an issue they resolve it ASAP for you. You log the maintenance issue in their online portal, and within the next day or so someone is out to resolve it.. even bringing a new toaster, or a new washing machine.. all resolved instantly! We also needed new WiFi in our house as all the tenants begun working from home due to COVID, & this was resolved instantly with Dawid (top guy in the agency) coming out on bank holiday Monday to fix it for us.
On top of this, there are no arguments in the house over chores or buying shared products etc. as kingdom take care of all of this for you. Coming from someone who has lived in a shared house before, this is a BIG deal as so many arguments can arise over these kind of shared tasks if not everyone is willing to cooperate or has the same idea. Kingdom arrange weekly cleaning of the common areas & supply all the products you need (toilet paper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc.) When leaving the house (do to my boyfriend & I moving in together), it was so easy also. The deposit was returning nyon in full the next day! Only a small amount was deducted but completely fairly due to some marks I made on the mattress.
Such a great agency, & if I ever need to move back into shared housing, I will only go with Kingdom.

This agency is the best you’ll find in London.
I have lived in around 6 shared houses in London, with everyone being a complete nightmare. Whether it be the maintenance of the property being shocking, the room being handed over to me completely filthy, or even taking money from my deposit with no valid reason... there are just some nightmare agencies & landlords in London.
Kingdom is one you can trust!!!!! Maintenance of the property impeccable, with all issues being logged using their online portal, they will come and fix things or replace them within the next day or so. Really proactive teams. Room was handed over to me in pristine condition, no complaints at all. But most importantly, the check out was so easy & my deposit was returned to me in full the next day! Might not sound like a big thing, but in London this is my first experience of this, so I was really shocked in a good way.

The team, especially Dawid are reasonable, understanding and they offer a fantastic service. Move-in was seamless, they stay on top of repairs. Whilst I was there we had an issue with some roommates not taking out the trash on their days, Kingdom Houses were so diplomatic and put us all at our ease and handled the situation with grace. I felt comfortable, safe and it was a great experience. Also, my room was AMAZING! Such a good quality house I loved my time in Ealing :)

Great company, may seem pricey at first but the value becomes apparent very quickly. Always on top of repairs, queries etc. and always have staff available to contact easily. Houses are in good shape and well looked after. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Couldn't recommend more in London, a rare good agency among many bad ones I've experienced in the city.
