Really really impressed with the customer service from Kidvicious on my first order from them. I had asked if a t-shirt could be received in time for a deadline where I had left ordering it for a particular day late and once Kidvicious got in touch they were very apologetic that they couldn't make the date due to the item not being in stock and offered a refund. I confirmed I still wanted the item and Kidvicious kept me informed on the status as there was a problem getting the item from the supplier, I was then given a free extra t-shirt to compensate for the delay - which I don't see that Kidvicious could have done more about. All in all fantastic customer service and I don't feel I've been as well looked after by a company for some time!!! Thanks Kidvicious! I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I helped my mum order a special T-shirt for her nephew. Had a bit of an issue with Royal Mail. Emailed customer service at Kidvicious and Kev responded within 30 minutes. He even called me to make sure it was all sorted. I can’t say enough for not only the quality of the T-shirts but for the wonderful customer service this company provides. Kev is brilliant and cares about this company. Give these guys your business especially during the holidays; you won’t be disappointed at all. #shopsmallbusinesses

Ordered a bunch of shirts for my son and it did take a while for them to arrive, but when I contacted Kev at customer service he was very helpful and quick about solving the problem. The order was stuck somewhere at the postal office, so he went ahead and sent out new shirts which arrived quickly to Sweden. Some of the shirts didn’t fit properly so I sent them back and received new once shortly thereafter. The look and quality of the shirts are amazing! They are super soft and have a great authentic, vintage look to them.
Will order from this site again!

I ordered a tshirt very last minute for my boy's school event. It arrived the next day. 1 very happy boy

Ordered two baby grows, only one came. After letting them know I was asked “what do you want us to do”
I told them I wanted it sending out as I had paid for it, still no sign off it.

Big thanks to Ken for helping me out when I messed up my order. fantastic customer service.

First of all I was informed my item was out of stock, then when it was in stock I didn't receive it, then when I complained I was told another had been sent out.

2 weeks after ordering and after receiving nothing I was told that the size I had ordered actually wasn't in stock.

Useless company, received lie after lie.

I’d say they’re chaotic and badly organised rather than the conmen and scam artists some people seem to think. They were pleasant, apologetic and eager to help once I’d chased my order a couple of times. I wouldn’t use them again unless I had plenty of time, but their products are good, once they actually arrive!

Ordered a beastie boys tshirt for my little boy on the 29th November, expected delivery within a few days, waited for a week but didn’t arrive so contacted customer service and was told the item was out of stock but should expect delivery before Christmas. I did receive the tshirt on the 21st December as promised and I am so glad I decided to trust the company and wait for my order. Obviously it’s not really acceptable that the website lets you order an item that is out of stock and that I had to contact customer service neumerous times to find out what was happening. But they do sell awesome stuff that you can’t find anywhere else so my advise is that if you want to place an order just contact customer service first to see if the item is in stock and when they can despatch. Kev who I dealt with was sincere and very polite so despite the fact that my order was delayed I have to give him credit for that.

Ordered a t-shirt which showed as in stock on the site. Waited for delivery, however after 4days phoned and was informed that the item was out of stock and the site should have displayed this. Was informed that they were awaiting stock. I told Kev that this was unacceptable and I would like another item posted out for delivery next day which was agreed, two days later and I am still awaiting delivery...

This is quite a late review, but basically i never received my order. The website looks great with a lot of variety for cool kids t shirts, too good to be true. I ordered a t shirt for Christmas and it never arrived. I called several times and was told very politely that they were very sorry and that they would send another one out that day. I was very trusting and waited a couple of weeks. Still after nothing was received, I sent emails. No reply. Called again and said that they would send a refund. Never got it. Please do not even attempt to buy from this company. I really think it is a scam and that the good reviews are not from true customers. BEWARE!!!

Ordered a T shirt, but became anxious when it didn't arrive within the week. No pick up on telephone, but Kev responded to email within 30 minutes and told me i'd missed note on website that stock was due for delivery. It had now arrived as was being despatched. It arrived within 24 hours so felt service and customer care was fine. Obviously we all get used to big comapanies sending immediate emails giving expected delivery dates and then confirming despatch, but small companies maybe need a little more understanding.

I'm surprised with the negative reviews here - i ordered an alice cooper top for my son, was informed of updates via FB messenger - they responded quickly via that route (more convenient than phone for me anyway) and the T-shirt was great quality when it arrived. Ok, not next day delivery , but altogether great - not everyone can be amazon!

I got my order within 2 weeks of ordering. It took a while but arrived without any issue. Thought it only fair to mention in light of the other reviews on here

Rip off merchants! DO NOT TRUST take money then disappear

As below, they take money and do not provide goods.

I ordered a Sex Pistols top last week and it was hand delivered the same day. Alright, i live in the same city but still, great service.

same review as everyone else. awful service, so much so it feels as though the site is a front to take your money. nothing sent, no email or phone correspondence. not expecting anything from them.
