Accursio my handler in particular, was very thorough and a really helpful nice guy.
He always tried to answer my calls in a busy office environment.
Highly recommended company, and would use them again in a heart beat .

Olivia and Charlie have been great through purchased and sale by far the easiest solicitors to deal with , always fast responses

I decided to use Key Conveyancing for my property purchase and was very impressed with the service provided throughout the process.

A special mention goes to Innocent Odigie, who was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I was kept fully informed at every stage of the conveyancing process, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind.

Any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. What particularly stood out was the continuity of service – even when Innocent was on holiday, I was still able to ask questions and receive quick responses from colleagues who stepped in to assist. This ensured that everything continued to progress smoothly without any delays.

Overall, the communication, professionalism, and customer service from Key Conveyancing were outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient conveyancing service.

Second time I have used Key Conveyancing, Fahad in the Milton Keynes branch was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly, the sale of my property went well without any issues.

Although our house purchase unfortunately fell through, I cannot recommend Chloe at the St Neots branch highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated throughout the entire process and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.
When the purchase fell through, Chloe was incredibly compassionate and understanding, which made a difficult and disappointing situation so much easier to deal with. Her professionalism, communication and genuine care really stood out.
We wouldn't hesitate to use Chloe again in the future and will definitely be returning to her when we're ready to start our next house-buying journey. Thank you, Chloe, for all your support.

A huge thank you to everyone at Key Conveyancing for making our remortgage such a smooth and straightforward process.

A special mention to Justin, Lauren and Syeda, who were brilliant throughout. Syeda kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

The whole team worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to get everything completed on time, and their professionalism, communication and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful process feel easy.

I'd happily recommend Key Conveyancing to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive conveyancing team. Thank you again!

Excellent service by Emily Butcher and her team, we were kept informed all the way through the process of our property sale.
Emily Butcher was very professional and communicative throughout.
Personally, we would highly recommend Key Conveyancing Solicitors.

Not a single day of regret since being introduced to Key Convenyancing by my super mortgage broker..The solicitor that dealt with my case was Innocent and he was very helpful and professional to the core..I would recommend Key Convenyancing and Innocent to anyone, any day and any time.

Olivia and Charlie were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were incredibly thorough, and their communication was outstanding—they replied to emails within seconds! The selling process was longer than expected, but Olivia kept us both informed every step of the way. As first-time sellers, we really appreciated their support and professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. Very efficient and a fantastic team. Thank you

I just want to take a moment to say a sincere thank you to Ellie and Innocent who supported me in selling the property. It hasn't been a smooth journey and there are a few challenges along the way but your support, patience and willingness to step in made all the difference. I am grateful for the collaboration, conversation and resilience shown throughout. Thank you 🙏

It has been my first time working with any conveyancing team in general and the experience with Key Conveyancing has been very easy going despite that.

Mukate and his team including Charlotte and others have been consistently helpful, answering any queries when I had them and there have been a good amount of them from me as a complete newbie to the home purchasing process.

Definitely glad I chose the conveyancing company that I did as I have not had a thing to complain about.

Fantastic! Good and helpful service! Highly recommend! From beginning till get a home keys past less like two months, very fast service whit out any delay

Very fast process 1 month turn around no hold ups and very professional and pro active team at key conveyance. Thanks a lot mukate and Charlotte.

The process of transfer into the company could not be easy without Mukate, his support, explanations and updates. I am really thankful for his taking on board such responsability from start to finish. A nice person and service to rely on. Thank you all

Our house purchase was quite complicated due to working in two countries and needing to satisfy UK AML Laws to purchase this house.

Key Conveyancing did a great job walking us through our first-time buyer experience, and demonstrated extreme patience and timely guidance.

We highly recommend Key Conveyancing if you’re looking to buy a house in the UK.

I was recommended to use Key Conveyancing by my estate agent. I have moved a few times but this was by far the best solicitor I have used. Inaya would always answer my emails quickly and keep me up to date with what was going on. Really impressed. They made a stressful time easy for me, I also got 3 quotes and they were the cheapest too.

I never give negative reviews as things can happen beyond someones control, if this is the case it should be quickly passed onto the relevant parties, you shouldn't have to chase every hour for an answer and eventually get the keys on day 2 at 15:30! I also felt I was fobed off when my case handler was busy with basic information and no return call. I only felt I was listened to when a manager got involved. I am also out of pocket as I had to pay my movers for another day and as yet have not heard who will compensate me, to say nothing of thr stress to me. This lack of communication was not only evident on moving day 1 & 2 but also in the weeks up to completion when we were trying to sort dates. This was the Bedford office
