Key Conveyancing Solicitors  Recensioni

I can’t thank Olivia from the Northampton branch enough for all the help and support she gave me during the sale of my house. From our first conversation, she was friendly, approachable, and made me feel completely at ease.
Olivia was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her proactive approach gave me real confidence that everything was being handled properly.
What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared. She went above and beyond to keep things moving, chased up anything that needed attention, and always took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. It felt like she was personally invested in making sure the sale went through as smoothly as possible.

Thanks to Olivia’s hard work, professionalism, and support I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a conveyancer. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

I had an excellent experience using Key Conveyancing for both the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new one. Managing a simultaneous move is normally incredibly stressful, but Esme and Kitty made the entire process feel straightforward and manageable from start to finish.
The communication from both of them was outstanding. Every time I sent an email regarding either transaction, either Esme or Kitty would get back to me with a clear, helpful reply within minutes. Their online digital portal was also fantastic, making it incredibly easy to track milestones and sign paperwork for both properties in one place. When things slowed down elsewhere in the chain, they were highly proactive. They kept pushing the other solicitors to ensure both transactions lined up perfectly and stayed on track.
I would highly recommend Key Conveyancing to anyone moving home. A huge thank you to Esme and Kitty for all their hard work in getting both of my deals across the line!

From start to finish Natasha George was very helpful, efficient and professional. I was kept up to date with the process and given clear help and advice. I was very happy with the service.
