great customer service.
They have nice selection of products. but what made them special is their customer service. I made a mistake on shipping address and lost my package but they have opened investigation with DHL and made sure i got my order. they went above and beyond. that is a great customer service!

Snelle levering van producten
Snelle levering van producten. Twee echter waren frezen en bij aankomst ontdooid waarna ik ze niet meer kon gebruiken. Had ik niet gezien. Waarom überhaupt bevroren producten aanbieden?
Verder was alles in orde.

Love for the Expat store !
Love Shopping @ Kelly's as we miss all the food in the UK. (Chocolate, crisps, irn bru & ofcourse the Brandson Pickle )
We often pop in to one of the shops, or order online.
This time Easter egg shopping,The amount of choice! Amazing !!!!
All eggs arrived intact.

Good American and British products
Good wide selection of American and British products. Unfortunately some things are difficult for them fo bring over after the Brexit.
Good service- lady with green hair working in Amsterdam is a star! Really helpful, engaged in conversation and pays attention to jump in to help you when needed. Really sweet!

Ein Musterbeispiel für guten Versandhandel!
Großes Sortiment (auch wenn man manchmal schnell sein muss) und gute Preise.
Bestellungen werden schnell bearbeitet und wirklich sehr, sehr gründlich verpackt! Die Pakete halten bestimmt sogar groben Würfen stand.
Alles in allem absolut Top, ich bestelle immer wieder gerne hier.

Kelly's is absolutely the place to go for all your (American & English) Expat shopping! The selection is broad, the delivery is fast and the customer service is the best of any web shop I have shopped at (and have shopped here for at least 10 years!). If a mistake occurs, they have always corrected it within days. And since this is food, their packaging of the products is again the the best of of any web shop I have shopped at! I can't recommend it more highly!
