De negatieve recensies verbazen me niks

Vandaag voor de tweede keer contact opgenomen in 2 maanden tijd over hetzelfde probleem, daardoor kun je al concluderen dat ze niks met feedback doen. Spreek ik de dame van de klantenservice vandaag telefonisch weigert ze in te zien dat het probleem bij hun ligt en te luisteren naar een plan van aanpak. Ze heeft geen verstand van websites maar weigert tegelijkertijd iemand ernaar te laten kijken die er wel verstand van heeft, want dat hun website een technische storing heeft is overduidelijk. In plaats daarvan suggereert ze een andere webbrowser te gebruiken en vorige maand claimde ze per mail dat ik de pagina moest verversen, als dat de oplossing was had ik hier niet tweemaal contact over opgenomen, maar het is wel duidelijk dat zei de slimste niet is. Het ergste vind ik nog haar arrogante houding aan de telefoon, vind je het gek dat jullie geen stap vooruit komen als bedrijf zijnde wanneer je iemand in dienst heeft die denkt alles te weten, ze praat liever dan dat ze luistert, dat soort mensen leren nooit. Zoals ik telefonisch al aangaf, succes, want dan ben je overduidelijk nodig, niet alleen op de werkvloer maar met name in je privéleven als dit de manier is waarop je met mensen praat die je op respectvolle wijze iets mee proberen te geven

DHL never delivered my package even though it had supposedly been out for delivery. I asked Kellys to contact DHL, but DHL didn't reply within a timeframe I found acceptable. They shipped my order a second time and it arrived the next day; no annoying back-and-forth with customer service required. One item had gone out of stock since I first placed my order and I immediately received a refund for it.

Frozen crumpets, advertised as chilled, shipped during warmer weather have of course arrived totally thawed and went straight into to be bin, since the company doesn't provide packaging suitable for frozen products.
I called them - and it is my problem, although they incorrectly advertise stuff on their site.

When I order perishable food items from a webshop, I expect a certain level of urgency around shipping. I have been waiting over 1.5 weeks for a package of food stuffs from Kelly’s that I should have received within a few days. Unfortunately, it is certain now that some of the items will be expired by the time the package gets to me, if ever.
I’ve emailed and called Kelly’s and they seem to have no sensible resolution policies for lost or stuck packages. Even though my package will need to be refunded, returned, and reshipped, Kelly’s forces me to wait for the carrier to proclaim the package lost. Instead of internally resolving the issue for me and reshipping my order (which I have already paid for mind you), I need to chase them.
How is it better customer service to not proactively resolve the order delay by reshipping the package, than to make me wait for a delivery that will need to be reshipped anyways. I spoke to 3 people including a supervisor who all tried to imply that I made some error on the shipping address, even though I ordered from my account on their webshop with my saved and validated address. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they also seemed to think that I was trying to game their system, because reshipping my order to me now could mean I end up with 2 orders, if my lost order ever comes. As if a box of expired and close to expired food is some sort of win for me.
Ridiculous…just really inefficient and illogical customer service resolution practices. I’ll be ordering from Tijn’s Toko next time.

Not about their products, but their behaviour when you apply for a job. My daughter was asked for an interview in Utrecht. That seemed to have gone well. Then asked for a trial. She worked for 4 hours. The boy who assisted told her that it went well. And within a couple of days she would here from them. She was NOT paid (which is illegal) and she never heard from them again. Disgusting Niet over hun producten, maar over hun gedrag tijdens een sollicitatieprocedure. Mijn dochter werd uitgenodigd voor een gesprek in Utrecht. Dat leek goed te gaan. Daarna werd ze gevraagd om een proefdag te doen. Ze heeft vier uur gewerkt. De jongen die haar begeleidde zei dat het goed was gegaan en dat ze binnen een paar dagen iets van hen zou horen. Ze is NIET betaald (wat illegaal is) en daarna heeft ze nooit meer iets van hen gehoord. Walgelijk.

Dankjewel Kelly, mijn bestelling is dinsdag geplaatst en donderdag al bezorgd. Fantastisch, supersnel, nogmaals bedankt!

Ordered a few times from this company. Always deliver quickly to Germany and my order has always been 100% correct.

Paying for UK imported goods way OVER the odds and end up with Cadbury's chocolate made in Germany? Disingenuous at best. Why do expensive Kelly's? RIP OFF

Since my nearest Kelly's is an hour away on a bus, I decided to give the webshop a try.

The next day, an item I had placed on "notify when available", came available. I emailed the customer service department to see if it was possible to add it onto my order.

The customer service department replied really fast, and were able to add the item to my existing order before it shipped out. It arrived the next day, with every item carefully packaged to protect it.

Overall, very happy with the webshop experience.

I returned a product that was way below the standard I expected from this shop. I wrote about not getting a refund for this product and still need to hear from the store. I would have bought a superior grade product (more expensive) had I received a refund for the returned product. It's very disappointing customer service.

Ik reis al meer dan 20 jaar naar Engeland, dan ga de lokale producten waarderen en de mensen daar, daarom heel blij met deze Supermarkt bij de Nachtegaalstraat, ik had gisteren al wat gekocht daar.

Another wasted visit to Kellys Expat Shopping. I think this might be the last time I bother to go and see empty shelfs at the weekend. The people in the shop are friendly and they tell me they have deliveries on Tuesdays but my family and I don’t live in Utrecht so that is not helpful. I’ve been several times on a weekend to pick up some sausages etc but again today, empty shelfs. Great concept but poorly executed.

La commande est vite expédiée, les produits sont très bien conditionnés dans un double carton. 3 ème commande chez Kellys expat, toujours satisfait.

A brilliant selection of products and - most important - a customer service that goes out of their way to solve any problems with DHL. Shipments are always fast and well packed. I highly recommend Kellys Expat Shopping.

Colis de 6 bières, arrivé assez rapidement en France (10 jours), mais quelle surprise quant aux frais supplémentaires. Articles commandés : 6 bières à 29.45€. Taxes 9.85€. Frais d'envois DHL = 29.70€ soit quasi aussi cher que les articles commandés. Mais vous ne voyez les frais d'envoi qu'une fois que vous avez effectué le paiement !!! Il faudrait peut-être que Kellys Expat soit plus transparent sur les frais d'envoi AVANT le paiement ou alors, changez d'expéditeur pour les envois à l'étranger car DHL abuse vraiment !

All products arrived quckly. Ordered Saturday, and arrived Tuesday.

The prices in general, are better than other similar sites. There is a wide range of goods, including a small number of chilled items. Packaging is excellent and delivery only takes a couple of days in EU.
