Liam Roberts attended to fix my broadband issue. Diagnosed fault very quickly. Broadband up and running and he also made sure my tv was connected and working with the broadband. Very happy with outcome

Just had a visit from Nicky Shaw from Kelly Group. He fixed my broadband and was really informative about why it had gone down. He was friendly and respectful of my home.

After reporting a fault with Vodafone yesterday, I was advised that an engineer would attend on Friday. I therefore wasn’t expecting such a quick response, so I was very pleasantly surprised when Liam arrived today to resolve the issue. Liam was professional, courteous, and efficient. He quickly identified and fixed the fault, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to receive such prompt and high-quality service.
