Clean and tidy, very professional 👌

The employees rang 30 minutes prior to arriving, took their shoes of once they were inside the house, took the mattress upstairs, took the packaging off & disposed of it and put the mattress in position on the bed. when leaving they took the old mattress away and were in and out in 5 minutes

Keen & Able collected an Emma Mattress return from me. Their service was excellent. I got plenty of notification of the collection date so
I could plan to be in. On the day they did the collection, I was given a 4 hour window and also got a call 30 mins before they arrived just to confirm I’d be at home (they also arrived well within the 4 hour window so it was not a long wait). Both drivers were really friendly and polite when they arrived. I’d recommend these guys and I’d definitely use them again if I had the choice.

I found the delivery team to be very respectful of my property, and very polite and professional in the way they carried out there job. They kept me informed of the delivery time on the day. Would highly recommend this company

Well, what a difference this was. Two chaps delivered a divan and mattress to our home, and erected it for us. Polite, efficient, with a hint of humour. Absolute efficiency. The chaps even phoned us on the morning of delivery. Thankyou, extremely great service.

The guys who picked up my kingsize bed were friendly, helpful and careful when removing it from the house. They were polite and punctual.

Hello, Keen and Able delivered my mattress within the time scale allocated and it was delivered with politeness and consideration. The two men who delivered my mattress very kindly removed the old one and put the new one place which was most helpful considering the weight of the new mattress. They were very prompt efficient and courteous and I would recommend them for any further deliveries of large and heavy items that I may need in the future.

Picked up my returns in the time slot allocated, letting me know beforehand when they were on their way. Polite and professional.

Fantastic down to earth delivery team 2 cracking lads delivered my new mattress up stairs on to the bed frame. Communication from the company itself was excellent with plenty notice kept me updated throughout
