Amazing service! Anne-Marie, the plumber attended my property today where she undertook works to my kitchen sink. For the first time in years I don't need a bucket under the sink and I have a usable tap that doesn't leak!!
Anne-Marie is a credit to a already amazing company.

Very prompt appointment made, arrived early, very professional and friendly, identified issue quickly, sourced new parts needed straight away so problem sorted promptly. Offered advice which helped us future proof the fix.

A massive thank you to the engineer who fixed my water heater today. He explained the issue, and showed me what failed within the unit ( pretty sure I will be able to fix it myself next time thanks to that valuable lesson! ). Such an asset to the company!

Had our boiler serviced, as we do every year. Engineer was thorough, checked everything over, gave us a clean bill of health. The technology used for checking everything - including the flue - seems to increase every year. Amazed at the rubbish collected from the radiators. Well done KDE.

Radiator flush at end of summer showed there was air in the system when turning on at the beginning of the summer. Chose to have a radiator replaced whilst the plumbers were seeking to get the system fully operational again. Staff had to return again to complete but showed true "completer/finisher" attributes to leave me with a fully functioning system.

The technician discussed with me what I wanted done, did my job promptly, and also gave me some useful info on future requirements on my electrical system (for heat pump, car charger, etc)

The man arrived early and was very pleasant. He checked everything and showed me photos of what he had found. It was very reassuring and an excellent service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Extremely prompt appointment as had no heating nor hot water. Technician explained the issue, sourced and replaced malfunctioning part. Boiler was tested. Site was left clean. Professional job.

The young man you sent out to replace the cartridges I my kitchen sink mixer taps was the most professional, capable and polite tradesman I have met in a very long time. He replaced the cartridges, which had seized dreadfully with limescale, retaining a sense of humour under duress and persevered against the odds. What a splendid asset to your Company.
