Whilst we thrive and aim to have claims assessed within 8 working days or sooner, this can sometimes take a little bit longer if we are waiting on information from a third party (i.e. vets/breeder). We completely understand how frustrating this can be, and we do send reminders to try and obtain this information as quickly as possible.

I would hartily recommend KC insurance
I aways had a good experience when needing to make claims and felt that the renewal where always fair.
My dog had epilepsy from quite an early age and KC insurance where very supportive of the costs involved in stabilising that condition through out her life.
