Great customer service and great clothing at a good price. Love this shop all ways buying myself and gifts from the shop.

Made a purchase from there on a Friday and had my item (dragon head mug) by Monday morning.
Utterly fantastic service. My mug is beautiful and holds a lot more coffee than I expected it to, so that's a cheeky bonus.

Its been a while since I ordered with Kate's clothing, but I have to say their customer service was excellent.

I ordered some hair dye, one pot exploded in the mail and the staff couldn't be kinder to sort it out.

On inspection, I think Kate's C are cheaper than the competition (well EMP, and Merchoid) so i would definitely recommend them

I came to Kate’s after reading a post buried in a reddit thread regarding the Gothic Shoe Company. The user had great things to say so I took a chance. I’d been looking to get a pair of pikes for ages! I’m always a bit nervous ordering items from overseas but Kate’s reviews seemed on the up and up.
After I placed my order, email communication happened as order status changed and product shipped the NEXT BIZ DAY.
I live in California. That’s about as far away from England as you can get, in the continental states. I placed my order on Saturday, June 30. I received my boots on Friday, July 6!

Kate’s sent a follow-up email the next day to verify product was received and to let me know they were there to help if I had any issues.

My favourite shop ever! I am a cuddly-sized lady in my 60's who has lived in biker/rock chick clothes but had the horrendous task of balancing my look with my size and age. Probably the first generation to have this problem, it's no longer a problem thanks to Kate's. Loads of alternative choice and in plus sizes! Hoards of jewellery, interesting accessories, quirky gifts and trinkets and amazing footwear all at very reasonable prices - perfect.
Add to that 1st rate customer care with a warm, friendly vibe and there's no comparison.

I love shopping at Kate's Clothing, they're one of my favourite online retailers, if not THE favourite! Orders arrive promptly and as described. If I order something that turns out to be a tad tight/too small/doesn't suit me, returning it is no problem. You can shop here with absolute confidence! I love the reward points too! I recently bought a lovely swimsuit for my holidays and only paid for the postage (because I hoard my points until I have loads!).

Ordered some things in a panic and they went above and beyond to help me get them, not only that but my daughter's order (which she had not requested next day delivery for) was also expedited and arrived with mine.
The clothes were also really nice quality and just as described.

I ordered a few things for my 10 year old girl who was wanting a little of what mum likes. The items arrived very quickly, perfectly packaged and the dresses etc were absolutely gorgeous. We both love them and love the site, lovely stuff :)

I love the Kate's Clothing website and have ordered several items from here. The latest were a pair of ANTIBrand capri leggings. The payment page had an error as I made my order and I was charged 3 times for the same product. I rang up Kate's Clothing and was refunded the excess instantly, no issues at all. Great customer service and an excellent selection of alternative products!

Horrible experience. I ordered a dress, have yet to receive it. When I called the number was out of service, I have emailed TWICE and received no reply. And I still don't have the dress.

Been shopping with Kate's Clothing for years now and have made many purchases with them, never had a single issue with late delivery or substandard goods. One of the best selections of alternative wear and products available in the UK and I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

This is the most amazing company for alternative clothing and goods i have ever used. I am a multi-time returning customer and I will continue to use them for as long as they trade! The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful whether it be sourcing some stock or fixing problems. They have a vast array of clothing for, men, women and kids, goths, punks, emos, in fact everyone who likes alternative stuff. They also have an incredible range of items for your home from candle sticks to bath bombs, from shelves to (un)fortune cookies.
