Good back then and still amazing now
I used to shop with Kate's Clothing when they first opened, they were brilliant then and they are even better now! Fab choice in a huge variety of sizes, earn points as you shop and delivered so quickly. Have made numerous orders over this last week and EVERYTHING is top quality, beautifully wrapped but be warned it's addictive shopping here. Thanks Kate's Clothing for everything xxx

Great customer service
Great products, great offers, 5 star customer service. I messed up on a return and the email communication was friendly and fast and the issue was soon resolved without a problem. I will shop again.

Excellent customer service
Received my misfortune cookies today and was confused that I got 3 boxes when I’d only ordered 2. Then I noticed it said “add free” on my delivery note so I came to write a review and noticed on the website that it said a promotion for 3 for 2 was on. How kind of katesclothing to apply the promotion for me! I am a very happy customer and would recommend this shop to anyone. Quick delivery too! Thank you

Great selection of goth/alt clothing…
Great selection of goth/alt clothing lines and very reasonably priced. I had to send an item back as I didn’t like the fit on me and was refunded promptly. Over all a great experience and I shall defiantly be using again.

Ordered from them a couple of times, and never been disappointed. They always do such good deals and you can see they always put different items on sale. I wish I could give it more stars. This website is truely one of my favourite gothic websites!

Excellent customer service
I have been ordering from Kate's Clothing sporadically for about 10 years. I don't know why I don't order more often; not only is the product and brand range good, but the offers and customer service are excellent. I will definitely support them more in future.

A great store for goths!
Thank you for the fabulously fast dispatch on my previous order! I placed an order and no lie, it was dispatched within 20 minutes.
I've bought lots of lovely gothic gifts and accessories from Kates Clothing. I always love having a browse to look for unusual bits.
The prices are great, and the sale offers are always worth a look.
Would certainly recommend.

Best alternative site
Kate's are the best. They stock a wide range of items, are fairly thorough in their descriptions, have easy returns and great customer service, fast delivery. All-round great company that i keep going back to. Best price on Directions hair dye at only £3 a pot. No issues with ordering, easy website to use. I used them a few times years ago, and came back recently after remembering they exist! Now that Very have mucked up an order, I am off to Kate's for something similar. This company should be the norm, not the exception. Thankfully they at least know what good customer service looks like in this country which is now so horrible for it!
