Poor communication
This company were advertising a motorhome for sale, in which I was very interested in. At the first phone call enquiry I was met by a rather abrupt lady who said she would pass my details on. I have since contacted a further 4 times! I have not received one call back despite leaving my details each time. Clearly they do not value their customers with their poor standards of communication! Hasten to add my money will be well spent elsewhere!

We,ve used just go before,because the trips we organise are mainly in the European alps and there are company’s that don’t allow there motor homes to leave the uk , there are no hidden costs with just go ,so we would highly recommend these guys see you guys next year ,michael c

Honestly best service ever polite lady extremely helpful most of all this lady want to go extra mile to help out very knowledgeable individual.
Ohh yeah this is a serious company they have tones of the brand new motorhomes hire and for sale.
There prices were extremely affordable
Than any other people I drive 45 miles just to hire there motorhomes.
They have parking for your car there too.
I love this company and I thank the lady too for her pro service.
Will always use this place for sure and have been recommended to all.

The overall pick up is smooth. However, we waited for awhile to get start our process as employee is busy with other customers. I understand the time is around holiday, and the office may not have enough employees.

Andrew and the team carried out the repair to our motorhome as agreed and kept us informed about progress and when we could pick up. Great service as we have been accustomed to by the after sales and service team in Toddington.

Recently hired a motorhome for the October Half Term break. Easy booking process and excellent customer service. Nothing is a problem. Communication is great. The motorhome was spotless in pick up. It looked like new! Was shown around the motorhome and informed about the control panels. I have hired from Just Go before and would recommend. The Ford engine is so much better than the previous Fiat. It is a lot smoother and uses less fuel! I would highly recommend Just Go.

motor home had no operational hot water…
motor home had no operational hot water . tv fell off mount and stoped working. toilet vented into van all the time. took over a month to get our bond back . not happy at all

I have looked into your booking; I can see that the on-road support team fixed the hot water issue that you were having by resetting the panel through instruction over the phone. I cannot see any information on your booking regarding the TV or the toilet unfortunately, had this been communicated to us we would have done everything we could to solve this for you. Due to the damage to the vehicle upon return, the cost for the damage was deducted from your bond, then the rest of your bond was returned to you as soon as this has been processed.

From the first point of contact with RV Super Centre, Andrew was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The whole process from start to finish was professional and informative. The habitation technician was knowledgeable and spent time answering extra questions we had, which is what we needed being complete novices in the Motorhome world!
