Great experience, and communication from Just Go, will defiantly be using again

The 4 birth voyager camper we hired was OK it all worked as it should but the layout is quite restricted very little space for washing up or food prep it would be very cramped for 4 people to sit inside and the rear double bed is OK if your very slim and nimble to get on and off of it as its quite high due to the very large storage space beneath access from the outside rear doors at the back
Easy to drive and a good backup camera shower works well but you will use alot of your water from the tank and also fill up your waist water tank quick

Great service, brand new RV, no problems.

We have used JustGo several times for home and abroad trips. Hiring is a great alternative to buying and it has given us freedom to travel. The company has been supportive and user friendly.

Friendly service team but the working hours for collection and delivery of vehicles can improve and a quicker release of the deposit.

Would be nicer to pick the vehicle up earlier. Vehicle was nice and clean and all around in good condition.

Our experience with justgo’s motorhome could not been better from the 1st check in to returning the van. Everyone is helpful, everything you want to know about the motorhome are simple in the barcode that can be scan with your smartphone.

Third time hiring a van from Just Go. The vans are always close to new, very clean and well equipped. Staff are helpful and friendly too. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

An excellent motorhome. The process's was made simple to take away the stress. The motorhome gave us so much joy and pleasure when travelling in it with the family. Highly recommend it.

The checkin process is cumbersome.
It is too late in the day, and the check out too early. You basically end up paying for an extra day to handle this process. It should be as any rental car company, where checkin and checkout time coincide and can be done at least from 9am to 5pm.
The personnel at the reception was ill prepared, confusing, confused and was not able to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.

The team were wonderful from booking, pick up and drop off.

Motor home was clean , great to drive and comfortable.

We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) we are had the best time.

The staff and mechanics all seem friendly people who genuinely want customers to have a good time hiring the vehicle. They are somewhat let down by vehicle interiors that although look/feel good are very light/flimsy construction (thin plastics etc) so when things break they or customer glues back the parts that break again on next hire. For our hire it was quite a critical part that made the door not lock easily so caused some pain, but the trip was still enjoyable and I can’t fault the staff at this branch for this. If you are very very careful and read the instructions, its very unlikely that you’d have a problem and if so unlikely that they would charge for it (thats the impression I got). I can imagine large proportion of bad reviews is from
less caring types of people. They were also nice to call when they discovered that we left a bag in one of the storage cabinets, which I was able to later collect. I would consider hiring again at the right price to balance out minor pains/issues

First time hiring a motorhome - fantastic experience will do again and will recommend Just Go.

We had some issues with fitting our daughters car seat, a lovely lady was so helpful. She got one of her colleagues to screw part of the cushion in and they couldn't do more for us.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and made the process easy for us as a family with 3 young children.

Will be hiring again !

The moter homes are extremely clean very comfy would highly recommend 👌

Motorhome was new and clean, however many of the blinds were broken, making it difficult to open and close and fear of further damaging.
Overall value for money was very expensive.
Waited nearly an hour to check the vehicle back in on arrival. Will most likely not use again.

Awful Company, hire elsewhere and save yourself the trouble
Very expensive hirer, that didn’t meet our expectations. On collection the pre paid additions were not available, the sheets didn’t fit and the camping table was not fit for purpose, that was before we departed. The shower leaked and was unusable, lots of damage within the camper and the 240 v socket had no power. The camper also had multiple concerning error messages on the dashboard whilst on the move!
Not been refunded for items paid for but not received, not had any customer support since returning and most unpleasant is the level of distain for our experience and the impact it had on our holiday.

Oh my goodness, their response is as awful as our experience. Let’s ask them a question. Please evidence how you have tried to make contact? I don’t see any missed calls or unread emails! Please for the benefit of all your customers share this information so that the truth can set us all free.

Further Update
5 Days since Justgo sent their piecemeal response stating "tried to make contact to resolve as quickly as possible" no further responses, no evidence of any communication with me, this is just another example of the lies and dishonesty this company is built upon. To put this in context, I have emailed Justgo 6 times, called 3 times and met face to face with the Toddinigton Branch Manager I included Chief Operating Officer, Head of Customer Experience in my complaint communication and nobody has bothered to address any of my issues.
Update 20/08/25
Communication received from Justgo, stating that they can only deal with lead name on the booking! So they have taken 5 weeks to respond to my complaint, only to delay further by asking to speaking directly to my partner. In addition, this review was taken down because I used employee names! Justgo responded to this review with 2 days of writing it. This clearly shows that they monitor what is being said if new customers can read it, but have no desire to resolve complaint from existing customers. Once this despicable company has your money, they now long want to know anything. It is really important to read the reviews, I am not alone here. My advise is to look for alternative companies to rent from.

We hired a “six-berth” camper van from JustGo Motorhome expecting an enjoyable family trip, but our experience with both the customer service team and the vehicle itself was deeply disappointing.

1. Misrepresentation of Sleeping Capacity

We were promised a six-berth camper van. Upon checking the layout, it became clear there were only:
• Two bunk beds measuring 1.1 metres wide each
• One double bed

When we questioned whether the 1.1m-wide beds were truly suitable for two fully grown adults, the customer service team repeatedly assured us they were. In reality, 1.1m is not even a small double—it’s far too narrow for two adults to sleep comfortably. This misrepresentation meant six people could not fit as promised, forcing us to book Airbnbs along the route for adequate rest—at additional cost.

2. Poor Vehicle Condition – Safety & Comfort Issues

Within minutes of starting our journey, we discovered the van was in poor condition:
• Nuts and bolts were coming loose
• Tables collapsed while driving
• The bathroom door was unsecured, banging loudly throughout the trip and requiring us to fix it mid-journey to stop the distraction and noise

This was both unsafe and extremely disruptive.

3. Faulty Plumbing – Sink Held with Duct Tape

On our first day, after light use of the sink, we found water flooding into the cutlery tray under the counter. The drainage pipe had been improperly “fixed” with duct tape, which came loose almost immediately. This rendered the sink—and the ability to cook or wash up—completely unusable for the rest of the trip.

4. Poor Complaint Handling & No Accountability

We reported these issues via email to the customer service team during the trip. On returning the van to the Toddington depot, staff asked us to complete an incident form, which we did. However, three days later we were told that, despite our ordeal, no compensation would be offered because we had not reported the problems “in the correct way” during the trip.

It is unreasonable to expect customers to know an internal reporting procedure that is neither explained clearly at pick-up nor stated in the rental agreement. Staff at the service point were unable to answer many of our questions, and we only learned of this so-called procedure after the trip had ended.

We will never hire from JustGo Motorhome again, and we would strongly advise anyone seeking an stress-free and enjoyable camper van holiday to look elsewhere.

UPDATE: Like all the other responses you provided to your unsatisfied customers on Trustpilot, your solution is never about ensuring customer experience but about blaming your customers. The issues we encountered were pre-existing problems that you never picked up from your pre-rental check. You should compensate us just based on that. If we did fill in the form and get the vehicle fixed, we would be diverted from our trip and lost at least a day on the repair. It would have been an even worse experience than we had. I would have never used Just Go had I read the customer comments on Trustpilot earlier.
PLEASE just return my deposit. It has been 6 working days after I returned the van.
