Just brand ( Anita) refused to refund me my money after I canceled their service because of their bad service . They have told me to delete the review before they can refund me . This after they had said the refund was processed and would be available in 3 days . Their business ethics are pathetic and I am not going to allow them to disrespect me and also refuse to give me my money back

After nearly a week with no updates or communication, I had to call this morning (13/11/2025) at 08:32 to find out what was going on. Only then was I told that my order will now be dispatched — this delay is completely unacceptable.
Waiting this long, especially for an unbranded item, is unreasonable. Other retailers, including TEMU, manage far faster turnaround times. This level of service falls far below expectation. They say on their website the following about the delivery: We'll get your order shipped out as soon as possible! You'll receive updates on your order via WhatsApp, so you'll always know where it is. A tracking number will also be sent so you can track your order through our delivery service providers. NONE OF THIS IS HAPPENING
