Very unorganised, we arrived and there was no instructions of what to do. We called them and we was just told to park in this empty area and just wait. We waited for an hour until we called again and someone just popped from the bush behind, then instructed us to drive in the parking lot. Once we parked the process was quick of handing keys over and jumping in the van to transport us to the airport. We had to pay an additional amount for the transport for them to drop us and pick us up. On our return from our holiday, we gave them the details on the arrive but was instructed to call 30mins before we wait for them to pick us us which was not an issue. We arrived at 11:25 in the morning and called at 11:30. After getting our bags we made our way to the collection point they advised us to go to. We waited for about 15 mins before calling again only to be told they cannot pick us up that we have to wait till 13:30 for them to come. They did not explain why. We waited and had several calls with them till they blocked my husbands number. I had to use my phone to call and it was excuse after excuse. We was collected in a very very bad old car, which had broken window openers, the roof had a crack from the front to back and it was very dirty. We was collect after 13:45 with a toddler who was now fed up and frustrated with the heat. After serving at our car, we was just handed our keys and no one came to apologise or meet us. The driver not even one apology. Such a very bad experience, I would never advise anyone to use.

Left our car 2 weeks, drop off and pick up were smooth and contact was swift. Would definitely use service again

It was good . The driver was sound and the car was minded for the few weeks I was away .

Good communication driver was waiting when I arrived..On return good communication telling me where to meet only waiting 10 minutes if needed use again definitely.!!!

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. If you do one thing today read this and don't use this company regardless of how attractive the price is.
Booked parking from 6am onwards to allow plenty of time arrived at 9am my flight being at 12.30pm called 30 mins before I arrived when I arrived at the "field" told not bus till 12 and to get a Uber. When I explained that good enough couldn't care less seriously stay away.

Top class service and I will book again and recommend this for anyone to book in future

Perhaps a good option for those on a budget.
We were transported to and from Heathrow as agreed by friendly and helpful drivers – thank you.
The minibus transfer was uncomfortable due to a severe lack of legroom and felt unsafe due to the lack of a three point seatbelt and the proximity of my head to the windscreen.
The website photos do not reflect reality – the surface was a combination of grass and bare earth, which could be muddy in wet weather.
The barrier controlled entrance, drop off area and reception do not seem to be there anymore – we phoned on arrival and were directed to meet in the middle of the field, where we waited for someone to arrive.
The website advises “Arrive at the Terminal OR Free zone” but doesn’t make it clear until after booking that Terminal drop off and collection attracts an additional £15 fee.

Value for money, polite customer service. Car was in good nick. Would use again.

Easy service and great price.
A little travel to Heathrow and out of clean air zone. It's not luxury but works and guys are accommodating

Understandably the car was a bit dirty because it was exposed to the weather. Communication was easy and responsive. Little bit of delay on arrival, it took them almost an hour to pick us up. Overall, will use it again considering the pricing and car safety.

Only drawback is the site is a long way from Heathrow, so you have allow more time for that.

Excellent service! They called me in advance to confirm my arrival time. The shuttle picked me up and departed exactly at the times requested in my booking. A very smooth journey from start to finish.

After a bit of a misunderstanding about me wanting to keep my keys, something that needs to be arranged by email prior to arrival ideally, but was resolved with an additional £20 payment and I kept my keys. The service was great they were really nice and helpful. And on our return being very tired from our journey they were especially thoughtful and picked us up quickly. Good communication and nice people! Will go back on next flight.

ITS A FIELD NOT A NOT A CAR PARK, full
of rubbish and pot holes with abandoned cars.

Your car upon entry will get damaged by the the judge pot holes and upon leaving will be covered in dust!!

I’ve tried talking to someone at jumbo parking and emailed several times however no one has contacted me back!!

The shuttle bus as they call it is all bashed up, dirty and unsafe and the seatbelts do not work, we were fling around when the driver took the wrong exit!!!

Wait times are not 15-20 mins they are much much longer

They make you pay additional money which they only tell u about after booking, and demand payment in the vehicle

They are cheap for a reason- DO NOT USE!!!

This is the third time I have left my car at Jumbo parking, I can honestly say it’s a top class service at great prices. Would never leave my car with anyone else.

Please be warned, do not use this car park. We booked jumbo parking leaving our car in perfect condition, when we collected our car we we horrified to see it had been damaged, the side of the car was all scratched, we showed the staff they told us to email the company. After 11 emails and ignoring us when we phone. When we finally got the manager he said he's waiting for the insurance company. This was nearly x3 months ago when we parked our car, we are so unhappy, disappointed. We wished we paid a little bit more for a good car park, now its costing us £100s more for repairs, from jumbo parking. Please be warned .
