Daz was booked for my boiler service and repair and was great. He took his time and was really thorough which I think turned out to be a more difficult job than anticipated. I Really assured by his professionalism and the advice he gave too. It was a top job.

This is for our annual boiler service. A reminder is delivered automatically in advance giving a range of dates and times to suit the customer.
Once booked you get a reminder in advance and a confirmation of which engineer will be providing the service.
As usual everything went smoothly.
Their attention to detail is much appreciated, they are timely, tidy and always clear up after themselves.
Just what you want from a tradesman.

I had no problem booking it by telephone and was kept informed of the engineer's arrival by text and email.
The engineer was friendly and carried it out quickly with no mess.

We had a new boiler installed. Booking was easy. I filled out the form on Sunday, had a quotation by Monday and a new boiler by Thursday.

From booking to completing the boiler service, the process was easy and efficient. Communication is excellent with 1 hour time slot emailed previous night and a text 30 mins before arrival. Engineers are friendly, efficient and do an excellent job. I’ve used them fir 3 years and wish I’d found them earlier.

This is the first time I’ve used JBL but they will be my ‘go to’ company in future. Alex and Co arrived at the appointed time to service my old boiler. No fuss, or mess, worked hard and nice guys to have around. Thank you.

Booked boiler service with gas hob check.Daz is a professional worker and did first class service yet again. He came in 2024 also. Julian Bland seems to have cracked employing the right calibre of service technicians. I recommend them to anyone. I'm all sorted ready for winter now.

I did a lot of research before choosing JBland Ltd to install my new oil boiler. As soon as I met Danny (owner), I felt connected to him. He cares very much about his family business, his staff and his customers. He was an obvious choice.

The work was all completed earlier today, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The team were respectful, knowledgeable, honest (I asked about a few extras and they gave me good advice, with no hard sell) and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service, advised of a faulty part that I had previously purchased that needed fitting, and even supported by replacing a flush handle on the toilet which was broken with no notice. Daz the engineer was very friendly and professional.

JBL have serviced our ancient boiler for many, many years but a replacement was needed. We had excellent advice on its replacement, which was fitted very professionally with minimum disruption to our house and the old boiler along with all its bits and pieces promptly removed. Area left clean and
tidy.

Yet again J L Bland have come to the rescue, a first class service from a first class team, would highly recommend- cannot praise them enough

JBL have just replaced and old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler and we could not be happier.
A really professional and very efficient job from initial quote to final handshake.
