Disgusting company, bunch of sharks! images from the website look nothing like what was received. My order wasn't as shown, what they sent was a cheap plastic shower tray I could have picked up from B&Q for £100 but this was nearly £1000 they tried and tried to refuse a return, you need to be persistent! Fortunately I'm a tenacious soul and when I'm being taken advantage of, I will not rest!

Following a 6 week battle I finally got a return accepted and 3 weeks later a refund

Avoid at all cost!

Even the collection guy said "this a shower tray for JT Spa?" That's how common this issue is!

Kenny & Georgia at JT Spas we're excellent, although the delivery of our downstairs toilet items took a little longer than first thought, this wasn't their fault and taking the current pandemic into account, all was good 😊 The items were in perfect condition and a big shout out to the delivery man, James, who very patiently waited and helped whilst I checked the items. Doing our main bathroom later in the year and will not hesitate to go back to JT Spas again. Many thanks.

The worst company ever is an understatement! Total cowboys ,Aposolute joke from the get go,worst costumer service ever,we have had to contact trading standards who are now investigating them and we are having to take them to court,! That should say it all, avoid avoid avoid

Needed a replacement part, the sales team responded to my email enquiry straight away, and got my part as soon as they could. Kept me informed by email and phone, very happy customer.

I ordered my bath in December and arranged delivery so it would come before Christmas. I booked a day off work to take the delivery but nobody turned up, when I questioned this the following day they said the bath had been damaged in transit (not that anyone thought to let me know.) Almost the end of the February and I still haven’t received my bath despite paying a premium for quick delivery. Shocking customer service with poor attitude. Would highly recommend to anyone reading this to look elsewhere!

Outstanding service! Cannot understand why there are so many 1 star reviews on here.
We were let down by our supplier mid-job and urgently needed a small bath that was available immediately. Rang to confirm stock levels, got a call back as promised after half an hour. Said we could have bath delivered next day if we ordered before 12 noon and paid a small supplement (£27.99) for this. It was a few minutes after 12 that we ordered yet the bath was still delivered next day at 9.15am. You can’t get better than that! Very impressed all round with JT Spas.

Few little problem with the order. This was sorted as soon as it was reported. The customer service team were very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

This is a joke of a company and would never advise you purchase anything from them at all. The bath arrived in a horrible state and the taps all corroded. Since having the bath fitted only weeks ago we now have water leaks from the air system and the control panel doesn’t work at all so therefore not fit for purpose. We are being fobbed off about the factory in China and they can send us parts. Really after spending all this money now I have to pay again to have parts fitted. Not nearly good enough customer service getting hung up on by the so called manager. Had no idea about case history insisting he knew more. How rude indeed. Think long and hard before parting with your cash as you most certainly will be let down.

I rang 4 different whirlpool bath providers to secure a whirlpool bath in a tight time window and JT Spas were by far the most forward leaning and helpful. Excellent customer service.

It was a very fast service of delivery and the product was in good condition when it arrived

5 orders, 5 errors. Customer service is non existent unless you threaten legal action or let credit card company take them on. They wouldn’t believe me when I told them they sent the wrong product even with pictures. Leaking bath. No update on delivery status after 3 months. Just poor. But range is good.

Waited nearly 3 months for a cabinet that they took the money for on day 1. Cabinet arrived damaged so the promised to send another one. That never arrived and now they are not replying to my emails!
Disputing the entire transaction with Barclaycard now

I placed an order for a cloakroom vanity unit because their website said 'Healthy Stock Levels'. Just got an email 2 days later saying they won't have the item in stock for just over another month. Checked their website and the item is still showing as 'Healthy Stock Levels'. This is extremely disappointing, especially since I just got played for 2.5 months by another supplier.
I would not buy from these people on the basis of the the incorrect or even potentially dishonest information provided via their website.

I genuinely have never come across such a brilliant company. They were extremely quick with delivery - when the supplier got the order wrong, they were on it and it was all sorted within a couple of days. Their customer service is what every company should aspire to - it's absolutely fantastic. The staff bend over backwards to help, are friendly and more importantly, they do what they say they're going to do. I was told I'd get a call back within 2 minutes and the gentleman I spoke to was true to his word. They're reliable, conscientious and a thoroughly lovely company to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I placed my order way back on 29 May 2020. O ordered a Charlotte Edwards freestanding spa bath. After chasing, the bath finally arrived in July, but the bath was the wrong size!!! I practically had to beg to get the bath collected and despite chasing by telephone and emails I am still waiting for my bath!!!! Weeks ago I was told they have no idea how long I will wait as they are waiting on parts! It is now 20 October 2020 and I have no bath in my new bathroom! I have left messages for management to call me but I have yet to receive any call or correspondence! Absolutely dreadful!

Great Service from these guys! Spoke to them about the bathroom wipe out product and they explained the in's and out's of the product were friendly and courteous and got the product to me as fast as they were able. Thank you very much I look forward to my next purchase!!

Ordered a bath, bath panel and screen from this company. The listing states 2-5 days for dispatch. After 5 working days I had to contact them for an update as I'd not heard a thing from them. They advised that it wouldn't be delivered until the 17th (7th working day), I was fine with that. On the 17th, I requested a time from them for delivery, the guy phoned me when he was 20 mins away, only the bath and the screen was delivered. I was told that the bath panel would be delivered on the 22nd, but no one turned up on that date and no one had the decency to let me know that it wasn't going to be delivered which meant I stayed in all day for nothing. I had to then chase them again for another delivery date. It finally arrived on the 29th, 3 weeks after my order. I have tried to complain, but once these guys have your money, they don't care and just blame everything except taking any kind of responsibility themselves. I originally ordered the bath set with plumbing world, but I cancelled it as the earliest they could deliver was the 21st. These guys have zero customer service and actually think its perfectly fine to mess people around! Avoid!

I ordered a bathroom suite from JTspas for a rental property. Unfortunately the bath started going black. We did order the suite 3 years ago, however there is no reason for the bath to go black. I have contacted them re this, who have said it was due to the cleaning products. I contacted the manufacturer who make the cleaning products. They confirmed their products are fine on acrylic baths.
Next step trading standards.
Update, Iv been asked to remove this review. I refuse to, due the poor quality of the bath. I have now replaced the bath. Plumber who replaced the bath, also confirmed the bath was of poor quality.
Further update. I have had to prove the communication I had with this company, which seems ridiculous. I am still in email exchange with trustpilot and I will be taking this issue further.

I am now seeking legal advice and will be issuing a CCJ against this company.

Ordered our new shower 15.30, arrived in Kent 10.30 the following day!

Helpful ordering staff and great delivery company. Now for getting it assembled

Quick delivery and excellent after-service
Ordered steam shower and it was delivered very quickly. Had a few problems putting it together and customer services were very helpful. Responded quickly to emails and aftercare has been excellent.
