I purchased a new vape from their…
I purchased a new vape from their Tonbridge store! Had lots of help choosing one as I was unsure and had my current one for 2 years, after a couple of weeks I noticed I hadn’t got the vape out of the bag, every time I went to pick it up it just didn’t feel right, so I took it back, the staff at the Tonbridge store were great as well as Fee who managed to process my refund!

My order got lost somewhere and this fantastic company sent out a replacement the same day. This arrived the next day and saved me a trip to a local vape shop to buy probably an overpriced bottle of liquid that I wouldn’t want to use. Thank you
