Top service as always
Once again JT`s went above and beyond. After placing my order I received a call within the hour explaining that they could not send me all of it straight away as part of the stock was at another location, and I was asked if I would mind waiting a short while so they could dispatch it all together. Not a problem for me but it`s the small things as a customer such as being informed that makes all the difference when it comes to customer experience.

I looked everywhere …
I looked everywhere for my favourite vape liquid and it was out of stock. Then I found this guy and sure enough, it was in stock and I managed to grab the last bottle. Delivery was super fast too. I will definitely be back!
