I bought my car from JTC motors in November, I am pleased with my car , I did have an issue with the diagnostics service light for airbag , I informed James and he was happy for me to take it to my local garage for the repair so not to have to travel, he always responded straight away, to my questions in a friendly and helpful way.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Honda Civic from JTC Motors. From start to finish, the team were friendly, helpful, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to go through the full history of the car, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Before handing the car over, they made sure everything was properly checked, and when a broken seat clip was identified, they didn’t hesitate to replace the entire seat to ensure it was perfect. That level of care and attention really stood out. I’m absolutely delighted with my car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JTC Motors to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dealership.

I cannot recommend JTC Motors more highly enough, I love my new car and got a great PX for my old one. The service was exceptional for a small local dealer, Tim and James go above and beyond and are both genuine guys clearly trying to make an honest living - thank you both for a 5* service, will be back!
I purchased a Nissan Juke in December and I've had nothing but issues. I have spent around £1000 so far and still counting. Some of the problems were definitely known before the sale as fault codes had been cleared from the computer. When test driving the vehicle the salesperson told me of a lady who had a similar issue. Warranty not worth the paper it's printed on. Do not touch with a barge pole!!!!
I won't be recommending JTC Motors Ltd, to anyone far and wide due to the fact the car they sold to us just a few months ago has been in and out of garages and specialist garages/dealerships to investigate the major/costly recurring issue (which we were told have been inherited with the car). There were many other faults with it too which we have spent time and money on fixing.
The customer service at the beginning was as you would expect it to be, good, but clearly there was history with this car from a previous owner who had returned it. They only told us the person who bought it didn't think it was suitable !!!.
The Company do not belong to a Redress Scheme either. So any buyer should know to look at that first as a backup. No offer of any satisfactory conclusion to this very expensive sad story was forthcoming. DISGRACEFUL
