JPS Renewable Energy Recensioni

Excellent service, professional, swift, and seamless.

Many thanks

Good communication. Tidy trouble free work.

With all the products that i have had from JPS, Solar, Zappi charger and 2 x Tesla wall batteries they have been nothing other than 100% in their advice and instalments. No question is to silly and they have always sorted out my problems.

A personal approach from a local company. JPS took time to understand our home and energy usage and provided options on solar panels that were tailored to our specific needs. Everything around the planning and installation has been timely and efficient..

Great team! From initial survey, installation and final handover pack, JPS have been very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond! First class service from JPS!

The whole experience was excellent. The team helped redesign the solar installation to get more panels on. enables me to have the scaffolding early to allow roof repairs ahead of installing solar and then did an excellent job on site. Great customer service throughout. Can't recommend highly enough

JPS installed our solar panels to a high standard and their team from sales customer service and installation were easy to deal with. The system installed is performing as described and meeting our expectations

Good communication before fitting, excellent service when on site and useful support post installation.

The service we've had from start to finish has been excellent. Miles and Dan to begin with. Then the scaffolders (sorry - can't remember all their names). Then Steve and Dave on the roof and Stuart and Kaydon in the house. Really great team. Very polite, considerate and helpful, really neat work, and all cleaned up and cleared away before they left. Thank you, team!.

JPS were with us all the way from original quote to commissioning - Solar Panels and Powerwall 3. They worked through all the complexity and went the extra mile to make sure it worked for us

From start to finish, the team at JPS have been very helpful and informative. Russell was very helpful in identifying the right system for us and the installation went smoothly..

Another great experience with JPS ... from start to finish great service, clear pricing and delivery / installation on agreed date. Professional & reliable with no fuss.

This is my third project with JPS.

Great company. Professional supplier and great people.

After sales service is poor or non existent. I purchased my house in November 2024 and the installation of solar panels was a prerequisite of the purchase and was arranged by the previous owner. I was told that when I took possession of the property JPS, who installed the panels, would help me get set up with the app and connect to the Enphase unit so that I could monitor performance etc. I contacted JPS shortly after moving in and was advised that one of their team (Miles) would contact me to help. I did not hear back and chased after 7 days and was advised that Miles would be in contact. I chased again after 4 more days and insisted on speaking to someone else. This time I made some progress and was helped to get set up with the app, but encountered further problems in connecting the wifi to the Enphase unit. Despite emailing them again, both before and after Christmas, they finally suggested I contact Enphase direct or alternatively they could arrange a site visit for which there would be a fee. I have now managed to connect to the Enphase unit myself. A shame that it worked out this way as I was interested in talking to them about additional solar cell and battery installation.

This is our second Powerwall installed by JPS, on both occasions we experienced excellent customer service from start to finish. We have found them to be professional, efficient, polite and well presented. We would happily recommend them to anybody.

My installation ran very smoothly and was completed on time. Professional, friendly and helpful installation team.

Second time using JPS. This time for a second powerwall. Efficient service. Knowledgeable and competitive.

Always on time, clean working and professional.

Great service from survey to installation, staff were all very professional, timescales all met, stage communication from the office was exceptional.

I can highly recommend JPS Renewable Energy. We clearly made the right choice after vetting several Solar Panel installation companies. From start to finish JPS very extremely impressive in all aspects. Excellent communication from start to finish, adherence to all promised dates, expert installation and all necessary 'training' to use the system. A very friendly and knowledgeable team, it was a pleasure to deal with JPS. And the system works beyond expectations.
