JP Goldman have been excellent, they recently sold my Dad’s property and made the entire experience so easy. They are professional, efficient and respond quickly to all enquiries. Special thank you to Josh & Mandy who are so nice to deal with and the rest of the team at JP Goldman.

Just completed our purchased with the help of JP Goldman. I moved to JP Goldman from my previous firm because my original case dealer was leaving the firm. So there was some delay in getting things started from the legal side and I was not sure what to expect due to some split reviews online and some slight delays in finding my way with the new firm. Once my case handler Jake got on the case, it went all smoothly, he was professional, efficient and focused. He was straight to the point and was flexible to meet client's needs. Only got to speak to Jake once over the phone, but he pushed the case forward steadily. I find the support from Gabby and Josh very helpful, and the new business team and reception team were swift too in most cases. Also very competitive quote. Overall, very happy with my experience, and I think Jake is super busy, so thank you!

Also to mention, Andy from the New Enquiries Team for JP Goldman was excellent too, through him I decided to give it a go because he was knowledgeable and gave speedy responses. Thank you too.

We have recently completed the purchase of our first house with JP Goldman. It’s a stressful experience buying a house, but Dan and Rebecca ensured the process was smooth. Both were quick to answer any questions we had in relation to the purchase of our first home. I am greatly impressed with the service received from this company. My son purchased a shared ownership flat and I dealt with all necessary legal correspondence. The service was fast and efficient. Communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. The I liaised with three members of the team at different times and everyone was courteous polite and helpful. I have just completed the sale of my house of 35 years not wanting to sell but it was the right thing to do. Rebecca at JP Goldman was my point of contact and she could not have done more, anyone who thinks you can sell a house overnight is misguided, my house went through in a resonable time frame and I am satisfied that not only Rebecca but the rest of the staff at JP Goldman know what they are doing.

Ignore the negative reviews on here, I had 5* service from Ali, she was fantastic from beginning to end. Really made me feel at ease and kept me updated all the time. Very quick turnaround and brilliant customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Avoid this company. It was awful trying to get any information from them. Total lack of transparency. I asked them to expedite a purchase but they dragged their feet. When signing up with them I asked "Do you need anything else to get started?" and was advised that they didn't. Weeks later I received an email from a paralegal asking when I was going to pay a fee for searches to be started. Never any contact with the solicitors, only one sentence replies from paralegals. Service and contact is so bad that their email footer "More Time dedicated to you" seems sarcastic. I am now using a different local firm and the comparison is astounding. Really good communication and really helpful staff. Use Michael Taylor & Co instead

I hope everyone just avoid this company, they will not reply to any emails and app communication.

Everyone in the purchase is waiting for them, and they are no longer willing to provide any updates.

They are lack of internal communication, different staff replies different answers.

It is a really bad experience of using their seevice.

Just don't use this company. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough. But they have made the process for all involved stressful and almost unbearable. I have estate agents contacting me EVERY single week due to poor communication from JP. Currently everyone is waiting to go and are waiting on a reply from them to last minute questions. Despite knowing I have an extremely difficult family situation and wanted to move by this week. They have so far sat with the questions for 2 weeks without bothering to respond. I have phoned countless times and are fobbed off or lied to. I am sick of spending my life apologising for their poor service and having processes delayed because they can't be bothered. Just save your own mental welfare and dont use this company. Honestly, the stress is just not worth it. If it's too late for you however like me, save all communications, time line all events including the estate agents chasing etc. That's what the Legal Ombudsman has advised me to do.

Avoid this company! They don't reply to emails and won't communicate with our solicitor or estate agent. Our solicitor replied to all of the enquiries over 6 weeks ago and we are still no further with getting dates for exchange or completion. Everyong is waiting for them now but none of us can make contact with them.

My experience with this company is not great..,lack of communication with me and also internally causing a massive delay in the process. Still many issues not following up when the seller solicitor is not sending info back. Would I recommend NO!!! as I seem to be doing all the running around and chasing!!!!! Will be requesting a reduction in the fees considering im doing a lot of the leg work for them. Never updating the app they tell you to use its still at the very start prior to searches.

I have used JP Goldman a few years ago and used them again recently. They are as brilliant as they were before. I can definitely recommend for conveyancing work. They worked efficiently and professionally, keeping us updated and without us ever needing to chase. They really do have their customers at the heart of what they do.
