Very bad quality fabrics, all plastic, not many wool, silk, ot cotton Also very expensive delivery, and returns, cost me nearly £10 , a to buy, and then return inadequate quality dress I bought

If I could give it a zero I would, appalling customer service and business doesn’t see value in repeat business, ps make sure you return the tacky free earrings or they deduct this from your return value if not returned

I really enjoyed my two visits to Jovonna stores (Soho & near Baker Street), the girls were so lovely and assisted me. I ended up ordering my cardigan as I couldn't make up my mind in the shop. Arrived safely and with a stunning gift - pearl-like earrings. Love them and my new cardigan. Thank you! Definitely coming back!

The worst wool quality and poor customer service. I bought a nice black coat for my mum and she was wearing it only once as the coat was living black stains on her clothes underneath and it coloured even her nails and skin.. I informed Jovonna team and they told me to come to the store, once I came I thought they will help me, not necessarily to give me a refund as I did not keep receipt, but at least some advice what should I do with the coat, however the girl who was working in the store (said she is a Manager) started to shout and was very rude, saying that they never had such issue and that she is not sure what kind of clothes my mum wears underneath..I was shocked, did not even want to continue anymore the conversation with such a person.. so disrespectful and my honest advice don't buy anything from this store..

Very disappointed bought a dress that said can be ironed on low- it got damaged and they would not refund me- we sent them pictures and they would not accept the mistake- it was an expensive piece never worn and no one looking out for the customer - will not get me coming back again

Absolutely beautiful designs! So special also wearable at the same time. The price is very reasonable for the quality.
Love going to their boutiques. All their sales assistance are very helpful and knowledgeable! Jovonna is a hidden gem!!

Very poor customer service as I browsed in the store the staff talked amongst themselves, I was never asked if I needed any help. I overheard them speaking about a customer who had just left. (Very unprofessional).
I tried on a couple of outfits which were a little to big, the clothes are absolutely beautiful.

I did however notice their customer service vastly improve when another customer came in, they greeted her as soon as she entered and they were very attentive to this lady.

I wasn’t the only customer they ignored there were at least 2 others.

Poor costumer service. I have sent them 6 emails but no one came back to me. Very disappointed with service they provide. There is no other way to contact them. You pay more to get better service but this is not case

Great service! Shipped and arrived the next day! Included a face mask and free gift which was super thoughtful.

I have ordered a few times now. I love their style, it’s modern but still a little modest/practical. Pieces easily go from day to night.

My deliveries always arrive on time and packaged just fine, exactly like what you’d expect with an asos order. But surprisingly in the last order there was a few free gifts too! A set of earrings (which I love!) and a free mask too! I love you Jovonna 😊

Ordered a jumper for my birthday meal for it to not turn up and them blame me and said it was me who returned it when I had never even received it! They refunded me but when speaking to someone they said if I still wanted it to reorder it. My birthday meal is tonight and I’m now £80 down as it can take up to 10 days to go back into my account! Fuming!

I ordered a jumper in size M/ L but they sent me a jumper with no tags on it and the label which is on the interior of the jumper has been cut by scissors in purpose. As I did try this jumper in the 2 sizes they have got (S/M) and (M/L) in their stores but did not buy on that moment.. So I bought it online now, and I know they sent me a small size instead.... The jumper also has a stronger smell to damp/mould ... very sad...
