The company is very good with communication. The goods were produced and received well within the thirty days quoted as a maximum. The goods were well packed. Just one irritation. The sheets were made for an Adria Twin 640 SGX Supreme. The bedding mattresses (all three) are irregular shapes, ok its easy enough to identify the large main mattress sheet, but there was no indication as to which way round the sheet was made. The two smaller side mattress sheets are worse in that they are two different sizes, (but not by much). It would have saved some hassle if Jonic had labelled these side mattress sheets left and right and also top and bottom. So the bottom line is that I am well pleased with the product, just a little bit extra from Jonic would have saved a lot of "flaffing" about trying to work out the orientation of the sheets.

A very easy, straightforward transaction when purchasing replacement seat covers for our motorhome. Great communication (especially from Emma) and swift delivery of a quality product meant that we were delighted with the end result - a simple and
economical way to update the van. Thank you Emma and Jonic. (P.s. we used stretchy elastic sheet clips on the underside to ensure a really taut, smooth finish).

Communication was excellent, timely and helpful regarding the measurement template which enabled us to measure our island bed mattress. 3 inch memory foam topper fits perfect although best to let it settle to see the perfect fit. Yep! Slept like babies over Easter weekend, so comfy! Jonic ensured swift delivery as per my extra delivery charge. We can well recommend this companies service and the product we received.

I ordered the Egyptian cotton fitted sheets for my motorhome. They are a bit pricey but we’ll worth it. They fitted perfectly and the quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend Jonic.

This is the second time we've had bedding from Jonic. We have just purchased a new motorhome and had no hesitation in approaching this efficient company. All of the bedding arrived in pristine condition. The quality is second to none, and we were delighted to see they have expanded their choice of duvet covers.

Quick service and a great fit. Good quality. Slightly paler grey than I expected but that doesn't detract from the product.

We purchased a two year old caravan with fixed single beds. The mattresses were awful, sagging uncomfortable and impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. After research we opted for Jonic and ordered two new mattresses. They arrived within the timescale promised and fitted in the caravan beds perfectly. Our sleeping experience has been transformed. Firm edges, extremely comfortable and well made and presented.

We have recently received our motorhome bedding order by post which was in fact our 2nd order over recent years from Jonic. They give exceptional service from the time of ordering until delivery. The workmanship in making each item, materials used is to a very high quality. Maybe not the cheapest but as you find out over time cheapest is often not the best! I would have no hesitation to use Jonic in the future, nor would I hesitate to recommend. Well done to all the staff involved in this family run business.

I ordered some fitted sheets for our Burstner motorhome - great service and very pleased with the product quality.

Recently purchased a new mattress for our Autotrail Delaware. The quality is excellent and the fit perfect. Mattress cover and bedding also great quality.
The staff are friendly and helpful a great company to deal with.
I made a mistake and purchased the mattress without the hinge. The quality of the mattress is that good I found it difficult getting in the motorhome and I am finding it difficult lifting to put on bedding.

I cannot fault Jonic at all! An absolute delight to deal with, so professional yet friendly. I recently purchased some bedding from them which is fabulous, yet I had a small issue with one of the items. After a phone call and "yes" I could speak to a "real" person! Quickly and without going through a lenghty list of options or wait before being able to speak to someone. The problem was sorted, Jonic did exactly as they'd promised. So lovely to buy from a company whose customer service is second to none and whose products are not only brilliant but packaged with care also.
