We used Jonic 10 years ago to make the sheets for our Autosleeper Gloucester which we were very happy with and they are still going strong as our daughter now has our Autosleeper and is using them. We have used Jonic again to make a spare set of sheets and mattress protectors for our new Carthago chic
e-line. Jonic were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional as always. Carthago altered the size of the beds for the 2023 model and Jonic were aware of this and asked us for precise measurements. The bedding arrived in time for our trip to Italy, as we were promised. Would highly recommend using Jonic!

I’d used Jonic before in my previous motorhome. It was a Swift Kontiki that would have not changed in quite a few years. My new one is a Frankia Platin. They’ve recently altered the size and shape of the rear bed. Jonic were aware of it and asked for measurements. The bedding arrived when expected and fitted perfectly.

After deciding, rather last minute, that I wanted to replace the mattress in my caravan, I found Jonic on Google, I gave them a call and spoke to Charlotte, she was so helpful, I had lots of questions and she answered them straight away, I decided on the ‘London’ mattress for a Bailey Unicorn caravan. Used it for the first time Easter weekend (it fitted perfectly btw) and I’m so impressed with how comfy it is, it’s excellent quality and I’d recommend Jonic to anyone wanting to replace their mattress. Thanks everyone!

From ordering my Island caravan mattress protector to receiving it within 6 days I was kept informed all the way through the process from ordering to who the carrier was so I could track my delivery. I especially appreciated the email which was sent only 2 days after ordering to say that they hadn't forgotten my order, it was then dispatched the next day. The protector arrived very well wrapped and in it's own zipable bag, which can be reused to store my product through the winter if necessary. The product feels lovely quality but I havn't put it on the bed yet. I will order again and can highly recommend this family business. Thank you

I recently ordered summer and winter duvets and 2 sets of bed linen plus a mattress protector in 100% cotton. Website was very easy to navigate.I even received a courtesy call to check on the particular mattress in my caravan. Linen arrived 3 days later, beautifully packaged and outstanding quality. We picked our brand new caravan up on Saturday 4th March and duly fitted the linen but discovered the mattress was a one piece with folding bolster whereas the fitted sheet was for a mattress with separate bolster. Annoyed with myself for ordering the wrong thing I rang Jonic on Monday to admit my mistake and order the correct sheets. The customer service I received was of the highest quality, and the lady I spoke to said “no problem, we’ll get a set made and dispatched immediately and gave me a 10% thank you discount. A few minutes later, another lady ( the lady who rang initially to confirm the mattress type ) rang and said it was a mistake made at factory, that a refund would be made straight away and the correct sheets would be made and sent out post haste. True to her word, the refund was indeed immediate and the new sheets arrived Wednesday evening. Jonic are without a shadow of a doubt the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Exemplary customer service that other companies would do well to follow. I would recommend Jonic to anyone looking for custom bedding. We’ll done to Nicky and her fantastic team.
