Usually found it difficult to get thing done with solicitors but for the first time I have used jones & CO solicitors and this time everything was perfect Mr David Chambers make it so easy for me thank you guys appreciate that.

Having recently used the services of Andrew Bevan at the Bawtry branch in relation to an employment law service I would have no issues at all in recommending their services. All queries were dealt with promptly, professionally and with sound advice. I used the service following a recommendation from someone and can absolutely understand why they recommended. Thanks for a painless experience.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Jones & Co Bawtry. Julie was my conveyancing solicitor, dealing with the sale of my home with nothing but professionalism. I was always kept informed by either Julie herself, or her very competent and friendly assistant Sarah. Although the sale of my house was slow due to issues further down the sale chain, nothing was ever too much trouble and I always felt like a priority.

Absolutely amazing! We had a very stressful start to our house purchase and had to change solicitors after 11 weeks of inaction. Jones and Co were recommended to us and what a good decision that was! Julie at the Bawtry office has gone above and beyond to make sure our purchase was completed as quickly and smoothly as possible. Communication has been superb and we have known what's happening at all times. Emails and phone calls on a Sunday evening and during her week off work prove how dedicated and professional she is. I would 110% recommend her and her team and will definitely be using them in the future.

Don't go to these for anything family law related. They are only interested in getting their hands on money and not helping at all they even tell you to give up the fight to make it easier on them. You will lose your case in court if it comes to it.

This company is based in various locations around Nottinghamshire I had dealibgs with Ollerton and Retford Branches.
I the staff are so friendly,helpful and understanding. I had dealings with Charles Dyas at Ollerton he was brill sorted some things out for us. I was then Transfered to Retford under care of Will Jones and his secretary. I cant praise them enough Will is kind understanding supportive felt nothing to much trouble for him Angela was just brill always there to help and support. I also had some conveyancing done by Joanne at Ollerton again very professional
I would highly reccommend this company.
And they are now my soliceters should i ever need them.

So rude at the Ollerton branch. Made me feel like they were doing me a favour by giving me a quote. A bit of customer service goes a long way. I went to a much friendlier and more helpful solicitor so I voted with my feet.

I know moving house is stressful but I would not expect a solicitors practice to make the following comment. I was told after waiting for funds to clear for 5 hours that they stop transactions at 4.30pm. I then asked “so what do my family do after 5pm, sleep in the car?” Their reply was “do you have a big car”. Not impressed with that comment. They showed no sign of care, just kept saying we will call you when we know more. It was 6 hours after our removals company set off until we got the key to our house. I will be speaking to a Senior Partner to seek an explanation. During the whole process they phoned me to ask why we had pulled out of the chain? We didn’t, they just phoned a different person with the same surname as me. No attention to detail. There were only 3 in the chain, one was a cash buyer.
