For once moving house was a pleasure. Used Jones & co. For a house sale with some complicated circumstances. All staff that dealt with us, worked well to make the whole process easier than we thought. Great work from a good team.

As a first time buyer, I was extremely anxious about the buying process and how to handle it. However, Reece, Kayla and Daniel from the conveyancing team were amazing from the get go. I never had to chase, and any queries I had were answered within a few minutes via email or on the phone. I will now be recommending them and using them going forward for any housing issues/buying. Their quotation was also the cheapest out of 5/6 other firms, which was the cherry on top!

Steer clear, belligerent, slow, arrogant, unresponsive. Worst solicitors and conveyancing team I've ever had to deal with. They could do with dragging out of the 19th century.
