I was recommended to Jones & Co by my estate agent of which I’m usually suspicious of doing given the commissions estates receive and the extra cost which could be involved. However surprisingly this was not the case here - I went with Jones and Co and was very happy. The quote was acceptable and the service again surprisingly was great. Reece was on the ball. She replied to my emails in a timely manner (usually same day) which is unheard of the world of solicitors. I have been very impressed. Reece has been very diligent, responsive and all round a great experience. 5*.
I would not hesitate to use Reece / Jones and Co again. 5* service.

Legislation is not the answer to all evil. All of it requires people to be reasonable. Deciding what that is, in the absence of settlement, is still the job of a Judge in equity. Clearly you should go nowhere near court without a great lawyer.
In 40 years as a CEO/Professional I havent encountered anyone quite like Will. He holds down great responsibilities with a cheery smile. Will was highly recommended by the boss of Fisher German. We called on the services of Mr. Will Jones (Specialist Litigation Solicitor) based at their Retford Office. Will fully supported us throughout two separate cases. One being a breach of building regulations against Henry Boot Construction Ltd., and a secondary one against their sister company Stonebridge Homes Ltd for a breach of a leasehold lease.
