Jones and Co solicitors were recommended to us for the sale of our property, by a friend.
Having worked previously with the probate dept. professionally and personally, we had no doubt that the private conveyancing side would be no different.
Reece Wall and Daniel Harrison were both professional and personable when it came to dealing with what should have been a simple house sale, but became more complicated due to poor solicitors on our buyers side.
They both supported us at times when we needed it, and advised us how we could move forward.
Against all odds at the end Reece managed to complete the sale with very little notice.
Not only were they professional and more than competent but the overall cost was as we were quoted. With no hidden surprises. Thank you both.

I never met or spoke to my solicitor, queries were not dealt with well, and the service was poor.. Explanations were never given.
Phone calls were sometimes not answered at all, and always I hung on for at least ten minutes.
I would not return, and found no aspect of the service to recommend.

Louise Butcher at the Retford branch in the family department gave me the free advice required and then i used her services. She made navigating divorce and the financial aspect a lot easier in stressful circumstances. She was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
