I was contacted in November via LinkedIn by the ISFP that I did not know and agreed to be contacted by phone for more information. I got a call from a lady in New York (she said) who seemed quite professional at the beginning, looking like she was selecting me because my profile was corresponding to their selection criteria....Don't fall in the trap! After 5 min intense questions, she asked for my credit card to pay for a "lifetime" subscription (more than 500$). When I answered that I needed to think about it, she became really upset and even threatening, as if my carrier would be destroyed by my hesitations. I am the happy manager of a Start-up and immediately identified it as a scam, so I ended the call....I strongly recommend you not to fall in the trap and never give your credit card for any purchase by phone like this. And don't hesitate to call it a scam over the phone, what I did!

Appears to be a massive scam, long phone call, followed by a demand for $499 and they refused to let me think about it, I needed to pay on the spot.

I too was contacted via email by this suspect organization indicating they were following up on the application I submitted> I did NOT as I never heard of them! Thankfully, I went online to look them up and landed first at the BBB and then here! of course, I found countless scandalous reviews! Thanks to you all reporting out, I dodged this bullet! Thanks to everyone who didn't just chalk it up and remain silent as that would support these type of scammers in succeeding in taking people's hard-earned money for their ill-gotten gain!

Thanks to others that left their reviews here, you spared me. Got an email just this morning lowering the membership fee from $499 to $199 for lifetime and from 299 I think to $99. I told myself, let me look them up and I found this site.

I remembered what I was taught, when something is just too good to be true, it likely is.

I was called today from a US number as in all the other reviews regarding my "application". Actually I don't remember every applying to such an organisation. Happily I hung up on them and then read above reviews to check I hadn't been mistaken. Clearly I wasn't. Thanks to all

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before join this SCAM. I joined and gave them my credit card details - DO NOT DO THIS - they have legally taken more then 4'000US$ from me,
I realised my mistake but too late.
I agree they are very pushy, but please resist and don't, on any account, give them any credit card information or details.
I feel very stupid that I was duped, and want to prevent anyone else from falling into their trap and suffering what I have suffered

If I could give zero stars I would. 100% scam. I worked for this company for a week and realized all this is, is them wanting other people's money. I was fired because my computer crashed (probably all the software they downloaded onto my laptop) and was offline for 30 minutes while trying to restart. They do not care about their employees and the certainly do not care about the American people.

Very friendly initially with many questions resulting in being told how amazing you are and what a wonderful profile they are setting up as you speak, however not so friendly when refused to make instant payment and said I would need to further look into the benefits as well as the company itself....then they hung up. Says it all really!!! Not a professional company clearly scammers don't let them waste the amount of time they did with me..time is money and not to be taken!!!xx

I saw ads from this organization several times and as a member of other female organizations, i became curious. Finally I filled up the form and received a call from Isabelle using an NY number. It sounded like a professional interview and they try to get as much information of your professional experience over the phone. At the point that she said I need to give my credit card details, I said I cannot give my card details over the phone and asked for a website that I can use to pay. Finally, I asked for them to give me time to think and call again by Monday. However, they called over and over the whole weekend even on wee hours. ( I am in France). Come Monday, they called while I was driving and just now, they are calling again. I am glad to looked up into these reviews before deciding to pick up the phone. Thanks for all your feedbacks.

I was on the line for suscribing my membership and almost about giving cc informations when I did look up the reviews!
As soon as I did mention the bad reviews, the person did change the tone of voice and ended very abruptly the conversation....just confirming that this is definitely Scam!

Yep, I was duped with this site. I just wanted to be a part of a professional society of women, I have done well academically and was looking to find a way to expose myself in my field just a bit more. So I applied, got a call in a few days. Was interviewed...they seemed so professional and I was excited to begin. I was then told about the 5yr membership and then I was told about the Lifetime membership, which I opted for, for $199. I should have followed my mind, and not share my cc details. Something that I never do! Anyway, that was October 2020, so I messaged them to find out about the website they promised me. Low and behold today, I was called by someone concerning setting up my website, I was excited again. Then I was told they were going to charge my card on file, $500 and the lady attempted to abruptly hang up the call. I told her "no you are not charging my card!, I was told I would pay one fee, $199 for everything now you're trying to get more from me"
She rudely responded "Oh no you were told" I got loud and asked her if she was calling me a liar! I then told her "DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD" She then said they would never do that (another lie I wasn't going to chance). Well I checked my November statement and sure enough, they had charged $40 to my card without my consent! So I assumed that they will definitely take more(probably the $500 they asked for today), so I abruptly called my credit card company and cancelled my card and will be replacing it within the next few days. My advice to anyone reading this, if you've already given them your card details, cancel your card, they are heartless scammers that will just keep taking and taking!

I too saw a LinkedIn ad for it. And they HOUNDED me with up to 8 calls a day all from different NY based numbers. I blocked each one but they just kept coming! After reading these reviews, I am glad I did not pick up.

DO NOT JOIN! It's a FRAUD !! I trusted to fill in the form online with name and phone number because I found the add on LinkedIn. I received few days ago a long phone call from the US (I'm in Italy) and got a sort of interview. Right after, the guy told me I was accepted in the Association and had to pay via credit card the amount of $499!!! No way I am giving you my CC details. The guy laughed as if I was naif, but thakgod I firmly refused. I checked the web inserting the phone number, and came out it's phishing!! Incredible, I just NOW received an e-mail from them, explaining me all the process and the special offer going on at $99 or 199 for lifetime membership. I will write now directly to the postal police and to LinkedIn too, hopefully they will stop it. RC

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who had this experience. I replied to an application form on LinkedIn (which you would think you could trust), filling my data in for this "Organisation". They called me week's later when I did not even remember I had filled it out - nor do I remember leaving my phone number. They did not even bother asking me whether I had time for an interview, and straight started asking me questions about my professional career. They then told me immediately that my application had been successful and asked me for my credit card details. I was lucky I did not have it on me, and told them I could transfer the money if they gave me their bank account details. But they were adamant about payment only working via credit card details - this seemed strange to me so I told them to schedule another call whence I was home. The lady got really mad and frustrated with me and hung up. They tried calling me at least 20 more times, and sent me dozens of E-mails. Luckily I was critical enough and thought about how strange it all was, so decided not to pick up. Thinking back, it's incredible I almost fell for it.

Like all of you I got many calls from the United States after checking an ad on Facebook (As far as I remember, I haven't submitted my subscription request!) They interviewed me very professionally, "admitted" me in the group, but when they asked me to provide my credit card number I said, I don't do it and they should send me first a few information via email.
They tried to convince me and, as they saw there was no chance, they cut the call.
While on the phone with them I checked this page - THANK YOU!

I had seen an advertisement on LinkedIn about joining an organization called in the first time WBO and then it appears as The International Society of Female Professionals.I had to fill out a questionnaire and wait for a return call. I was a little bit confusing as the site is pretty vague... but then I forgot about my registration. After few days i received like 10 calls from an US number, at the end I answered. I was interviewed and accepted into this organization for a membership fee of $489 for five years, of which I paid. During payment, I started looking more into the company immediately on the phone and try to cancel while i was on the phone the authorization on the credit card, as i received a message from my Credit card of a fraud. I wan't able to block the transaction. The site is fake, no answer on the phone or on the email I sent. I am so disappointed that I trusted this company because it appeared on a trusted site such as LinkedIn. I have contacted my card company to cancel the transaction as it was a fraud and i'm feeling so stupid to have answered to all the questions and provide them my credit card information. Hope this complaints will help other professional women like me to not answer and join this fake network.

I've blocked about 15 of their US numbers so far. I've replied to an email asking to stop contact but it's still relentless. Avoid at all costs!

This is clearly SCAM. I have paid the membership, I have access to a dead website, "theisfp", where I cannot connect to anyone. Don't buy this.
