Pentland could not have done more for…me
Pentland could not have done more for me I was very kindly picked up at Edinburgh Airport by Bruce .
My Defender was shining and ready for collection we went through all the vehicle which is exactly what was ordered I couldn’t have been more pleased.
I would definitely recommend Pentland Land Rover Perth they will give you what you want not just what they have in stock.

Salesman was first class
Salesman was first class
Had the car under one day tyre pressure warnings came on inside the car and had to go back with it
1hr later driving along the road and the windscreen washer bottle was empty.
Sent email to salesman about this and he sends me the service check sheet which was done around 3 months ago
Surely all this should be checked before leaving the showroom

Mixed Experience - Room for Improvement
I recently ordered a new vehicle and was excited to take delivery. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive as specced, which was disappointing. The sales team did remove the cost of the missing optional extra, which I appreciated. However, I encountered additional issues with the off-road tyres I had specified as part of the off-road pack.
The package clearly included five off-road tyres, yet only four were arranged and fitted by the dealership. I was charged the full price for these four tyres, and it was only after I questioned it that I was informed about the original tyres already on the vehicle. It seemed they were planning to keep them unless I brought it up. As of now, I’m still waiting on the fifth tyre that was part of the package.
Additionally, I was promised a goodwill discount due to delays in getting the vehicle, which were beyond their control (caused by a recall). While I understand the circumstances, I am still waiting for that goodwill payment to be processed.
I appreciate the efforts the dealership has made to resolve some of the issues, but the experience overall has felt frustrating and unorganized. I hope they can improve communication and follow-through in the future.
