Great experience. Car booked in quickly by kind staff. Car had an intermittent issue with coolant system. Lead technician took time to listen to issue and team did extended test drives and testing to get the problem diagnosed and solved. Thank you! Would use again even though not my closest dealership.

Vehicle delivered on the date as promised. Despite a couple of delays along the way.

Ben was most helpful throughout the whole process from start to finish guiding me through the online documents that required signing online. The collection process part exchanging old for new was completed by Ben in a courteous and professional manner with me the delighted owner of a lovely new car. My wife's replacement car (new Evoque, replacing 3 y old Disco Sport) was ordered in June ... and it arrived at the end of December.
After some initial confusion the enacted PCP deal reflected the June discussions, including the trade in price for the Disco Sport (healthily in excess of the min price guaranteed by its PCP).
Handover was arranged for a time/day convenient to us between Christmas & New Year and the process (trade-in, collection etc) proceeded very smoothly.

A similarly smooth process also applied in March-2022 when I collected my replacement car (new Velar, replacing 4.5 y old Evoque).

I am very happy with the work done on my car. It was unfortunate that the part needed wasn’t in the garage on the first visit . The wrong part had been sent on the second visit. 3 rd time everything was done completely.

Purchased a new vehicle through Pentland Land Rover, finance agreement all signed and returned before collecting the vehicle, a week later I have almost 16k debited from my account. When I called to query this, I was advised there wasn't a lot they can do, they made the payment to the Finance company (a week after I purchased the vehicle). Absolutely shocking service, no apology. I am now in an unauthorised overdraft with no money for my general bills.

The young man Ross was very polite and welcoming when I came into the office. And also when I collected my keys after repair. Most people that I encountered smiled which is very nice

Recently bought a car from John Clark Motor Group in Dundee - first time I've ever bought a car online without physically viewing - but I couldn't have been in better hands. First of all I received a personal tour around the car and once I'd asked a million questions (super patient, thank you Lewis) the purchase & transportation process began. I hadn't bought a car in a while but was guided through the process - very organised system of on-line documentation and again, all questions were answered super quickly. My new car was transported from Dundee to Surrey & my car sent back and have to say the Transportation chat was brilliant. I was called the day before with an ETA & kept up to date along the way. The hand over process was seamless - in fact the whole purchase and part-exchange was effortless from start to finish....almost makes me want to buy another car! Can't recommend highly enough.
