Range Rover Evoque…steering rack recall
I recently had my Range Rover Evoque booked into Pentland Dundee JLR for a recall on the steering rack that I was first notified about just over a year ago. After inspection, I was told the power steering bolts had sheared and that the vehicle required a complete new steering rack.
Within a week the parts were in, and the repair was completed in less than half a day. I honestly cannot fault Pentland; their service, customer care, and professionalism are outstanding. The showroom is beautiful, the team made me feel valued throughout, and even the small touches like unlimited coffee made the experience enjoyable.
What really impressed me is that all of this work was carried out under the recall warranty. My Evoque is 11 years old, yet thanks to Pentland and JLR it now drives like a brand-new car – the steering feels incredible.
I’m truly grateful to both Pentland Dundee JLR and JLR for standing behind their vehicles and looking after their customers so well. Totally amazed and humbled. ★★★★★
