Had the best experience when buying a car from Steve, very professional and attentive! Ross the sales controller and Laura from the Central finance unit were both very helpful and made me feel at ease the whole way through, I will definitely be back when trading in for my next car! 1 star as cant give any less don’t even…
1 star as cant give any less don’t even deserve one star horrendous. Sold car done 180 miles two weeks later 12 faults with brakes on dash to be told see you in a month. After complaining told to use vw assistance that is included to be told we don’t have courtesy car as sold as 4 week waiting list so I need to warn them 4 weeks in advance of car issues 😡

Friendly and helpful salesperson
Gary was very professional in his approach and dealt well with my queries. He explained the main details of the vehicle I was interested in and arranged a test drive the next day. They had a similar manual version (I wanted an automatic) in the showroom which allowed me to evaluate whether it met my needs. Gary quickly checked availability of an automatic version in the colour I wanted. We discussed which finance options suited me best.
On handover day, the features of the vehicle were explained and this was followed up with a courtesy call a few days later.
The only downside to the experience is the lack of customer parking at the venue, hence the four stars.
