Excellent customer service from Chris. My Audi was in tip top condition when I picked up. Would have been 5 stars however no SD card with the car however this was not hidden as Chris explained this in the promo video

I bought my car from Chris at the Stirling branch. Super knowledgeable and friendly and a pleasure to buy a car from.

Purchased a car back in October 2025. Enquired about the car initially and I missed a call from them due to being at work. I called back, and got greeted with ‘great’ customer service with a guy sighing at me. I should have took my custom elsewhere after this.

I travelled down to Stirling (2 hour journey) to collect the car after I was told it was ready. When I arrived in Stirling I was then informed the garage did not have the V5 and also the car was waiting on a tyre. After waiting around for 4+ hours, this was finally resolved and I was on my way home.

After a few days of owning the car, I noticed multiple rattles throughout the vehicle, the passenger electric wing mirror not folding in, and after a couple of weeks, the oil level sensor light appeared on and after investigation the engine oil level was very low. I re-topped up the oil and I reported the rattles and wing mirror to the garage along with video evidence of the rattles. I was told this was going to be forwarded on to the workshop to investigate. While I was waiting to hear back, a few more weeks had passed, and again the oil level sensor light appeared on and the engine oil level was very low. This happened a further time and I reported this to the garage around Xmas time. They advised to bring the car back down ASAP to the garage in Stirling which I did.

I was given a loan car until the issues could be resolved and at the time I was advised my car would be dropped back off to me when resolved. A few weeks passed with almost no contact from the garage. When they did call me back, I believe it was someone from the workshop who I spoke to and he advised me they could not locate or replicate my issues. I didn’t believe this to be a satisfactory response so again the car went back into the workshop.

Almost another week had elapsed, until I heard anything from the garage again. When I did hear anything I was again advised, no issues could be found. I accepted to take car back, to test and I asked when the car could be dropped off to me as previously advised. The guy on the phone told me that the garage does not do this and I’ll need to collect.

I have called multiple times to arrange this collection but nobody seems to physically speak to anyone else in this garage, everything appears to be done by email so I am now left in the dark as to when I can collect.

Everytime I have called I have been dealt with completely unsatisfactory and appalling customer service. Majority of people I have spoke to at John Clark Select Stirling are very unhelpful and very rude. Will definitely not be using this company again, they completely give John Clark a bad name.

If the issues I have reported have not been resolved I will be contacting my finance company.

Just bought my new bmw 2 series from Chris at John Clark, brilliant service speedy from start to finish and a smooth process. Couldn’t ask for it any better would 100% recommend buying from here.

From the point of contact until even after we picked up the car, the service was fantastic. Chris was really helpful and kept us up to date at each point. There was a couple of wee bits needing fixed on the car which was done straight away, without any hassle before we got the car.

I contacted the dealership through an ad on auto trader. I got a quick response from Chris and a video of the car. The whole process was seamless and communication from Chris was good. I had a private reg on my old car, Chris dealt with all the DVLA admin. Friendly no pressure sale which was hassle free. Recommend

I had a really good experience at John Clark Motor Group when buying my Hyundai Tuscon mainly due to the salesman Chris Thomson who was very personable and happy to accommodate me when viewing, test driving and eventually buying a car. It was a stress free experience and I'm happy with my purchase. Chris even picked me up at the local train station after a I traveled through to pick up the car. This was really going above and beyond of what I would normally expect.
