I dealt with Toms Lagzdins who was friendly, informative and helpful. He assisted with all aspects of my purchase and even though there was an issue with a mark on the door when I took delivery this was resolved swiftly to my entire satisfaction.

I was looking to replace my car after my Insurance company bought my car off me after it was damaged after someone ran into it so I was looking and seen the Hyundai Tucson and went and had a test drive and decided to purchase the car the salesman was great with all that he did and when I collected the car he was there to fill in the required paperwork I would recommend anybody to try out John Clark Nissan Aberdeen if they were looking to upgrade to a new car keep up the good work

Matthew was great and helpful for the entirety of the process. Any questions I had were answered and he made sure the sale was as smooth as possible, assisting each time I asked him to.

There was a lot of luck involved - arriving just as some new stock was due in. Matthew Rose was great, helping me to find the car I was wanting. It all went smoothly, despite the weather delaying the arrival of the transporter. I would use them again - but not for a while.

Within just half an hour of making an enquiry about the Audi Q7 which was in stock for sale, Matthew had taken the time to make a short presentation video of the vehicle and emailed it to me, I went on to purchase the car, I can only describe my experience as positive and professional.
If you are in the market for a new or used car I couldn't fault the service provided, lots of information and support throughout the sales process, would highly recommend buying from Specialist Cars Nissan, and especially from Matthew, whose polite friendly and conscientious manner is a credit to the dealership.

Absolutely would not recommend Specialist Cars Nissan Aberdeen. Definitely save yourself a headache and go elsewhere, from start to finish it was a terrible experience - ultimately we got a refund which was unbelievable when told we had no chance “it’s your car now” we were told, despite the issues. The only positive we can take is the loan car supplied whilst ours was being “repaired” we actually had this longer than the car we bought! They basically robbed us of our part exchange, sold it on (or scrapped!) and made a nice little profit - one or the other. I’m sure others may have had a positive experience- but not us. Glad to be shot of the car and the “exaggerated stories” thankfully now in a better more reliable car from a far better dealership - also, please note that the dealership have never responded to this review - speaks volumes! Seriously. Go elsewhere.

I recently decided to purchase a used car from Specialist Cars Nissan.I spoke with a very friendly and helpful sales executive Lewis Sutherland who kindly sent through a video of the car which was brilliant. I met with Lewis to look over the car at the showroom and Lewis was very friendly, helpful, professional and made the whole process of buying the car a joy and stress free. Outstanding customer service and experience provided by both Lewis and Ross McConville. I would like to thank the whole team at Specialist Cars and would highly recommend them.

I have tried to contact and get a call back from Nissan Aberdeen servicing for over 2 weeks , calling several times to date. As yet nothing. I’ve recently purchased a Nissan from a dealer down south and was looking at Aberdeen to look after it moving forward.
It’s not looking like I’ll use them.
