Excellent service
From the moment I decided to test drive a Dacia Sandero to actually purchasing a new one with '24 plates', I have received excellent service from the team at Dacia Aberdeen, in particular from Scott Arthur. Scott has throughout this time worked hard to help me find the 'right' car and has provided a service which could not be bettered.

1 star off only cos wasn't initially told that Saturday car service was possible, however a courtesy car would have been available if I had went for a day during the week so all round good service.

Waiting for parts/communication
We are STILL waiting for an essential part for our car to arrive. The car was pulled in to get work done on something that was still under guarantee. They identified this part was needed but to date it’s still not arrived. I continually call to chase this up (they don’t phone me) to be told it’s still on order. They are not doing anything to put pressure on this or seeing if they can get from somewhere else. Terrible communication.

My Duster's MOT
Had my car's MOT done recently and it was a great service. Waited whilst it was done and it passed. No advisories but was helpfully advised to watch my back tyres.
